Found this from a Marine on youtube who does one arm pullups while drinking water, and does handstand pushups w/o wall assistance. He also weighs probably 80+ lbs less than I do.

barbell alternate pronate and suplinate twisting bar for count of 40,30,30,30,30,30
offset alternating front/back grip dumbbell wrist curls w/20s for 40, 40, 30,30,30,30
pinch plate holds smooth side for count of 40, 40, 35, 35, 35, 40 with pairs of 10s
Another online workout. The barbell twisting bar exercise and reverse curls–while raising forearms above horizontal–really worked area from wrist to forearm midpoint.

Tried prowler on gym’s 50’ astro turf. 6 rounds for 50’ each with 270 & 305 loaded. Felt like I was back at football practice w/o coach standing on it and yelling.
You must have a really heavy prowler and/or a significant incline driveway. I’m finding prowler work to be a good workout finisher though I’m only moving 300 feet in 50 foot segments on a level surface. Unloaded it doesn’t feel like l00 lbs.

You guys. You’re each strong as an ox; hel320 you’re almost as youthful as Crippler who’s never going to age. If I can get my bench to a comfortable 245 and deadlift somewhat over 345, I think I’ll pursue it. I missed seeing the last one.
