Numbers on machine flyes’ machine are simply too high to be believed, so I’m using my best guess. I don’t think I’m at 320 for top weight. 120 is highest on regular cable machine and I know that weight.

Looking good Mac. Its good seeing you working out again. The thing I miss about the gym are the cables/machines and pre-made dbs. I being using them a lot as well.
Make it a Guinness and I’ll might drink one at 5:30 am. But I’ll be napping by 10 am.

It looks like things have been pretty steady. I am thinking of working the handstand push-ups in again. It’s been too long.
Also I am taking my son to Walla Walla Sunday for his LSAT. The test is Monday, but he wants to get settled in. He’s been studying since last October and even took a class over the summer. He’s really stressed out. I am there for support. He also told me he wants me in the lobby and to not let him out until he’s done. I told him, if that’s the case there is no way he’s leaving the room. Dad is a whole lot bigger than him.
Your son needs to read carefully throughout that test.
Afterward maybe mention law school is not like that test (at least in the 1970 version I took).

Yesterday’s trial was tiring but I still went to gym; felt better after this semi workout.
Thanks. His practice test scores are pretty high. He is wanting to go to Idaho, which does not require super high scores, so he has some room to play. Plus he has a really high GPA and is president of the Criminal Justice club at his school.
