Smashed finger putting up the 85s. Hurts. Wasn’t using straps today.
Ouch!! I hate that.
I dropped a 50 on my little toe a couple years ago, and broke it. That really sucked.
I didn’t break it, but the finger got between an 85 lb db and a railing on the dumbbell storage unit. Feels much better today but I’m going to loose the nail. Tomorrow’s workout will be a challenge.

Repeat of 6/24 except only did 3 sets of 5 for each exercise.
Thyroid decreases as I’ve aged so I take a prescription to make up the difference. Helps with energy and weight control.
