65+ Kicking and Screaming Toward 74+

I get to start doing these as a secondary exercise in the upcoming program. Can’t wait to see what the effect on overhead strength will be. Haven’t done them in more than a decade.

Biker had me doing them several years ago. They are not easy at all.

Crippler repeatedly tries to deflect attention from his 700+ deads, pins or not.

Preworkout one mile walk/coffee, and er, 5 decent handstand pushups.
I really liked this routine.

Preworkout one mile walk/coffee, and 10 decent handstand pushups that were easier than previous days. Workout felt great. Biceps were pumped similar to pump from pullups.

The handstand pushups are actually getting easier. Sore hips this morning from yesterday’s deads.

Pushups made a slight difference. Flat benching will be the real test in a few weeks.

I honestly think the handstands are a real thing. I do mine upstairs in our house. My wife has been laughing at me, when she hears me crashing down.

Must be some pretty strong coffee if it’s included in your workout log.

Former workout supplement(s) badily affected my prostate. Preworkout coffee makes “chasing strong” a bit easier. Lately I’ve been fighting tired.
