420 Hack is no joke!
Agreed. Biker has legs like tree stumps.
Crippler, aka Beast, eclipses everybody on deadlifts, sandbags, farmers walks; benching as well when he feels like it. Oldergoat surely agrees.
Yup, Crip can bring it!

A belt squat with 640!!! For 5x8…Holy Crap…awesome work Biker.
Just… damn impressive!
I think you would honestly be surprised at how much lighter belt squatting feels compared to having that much weight on one’s back. I remember what 405 back squats felt like in another decade. I’ve watched various videos on using the machine and I’m doing it correctly. I also get about as tired as one would expect after each set. I would do back squats if I could just get my hands far enough bahind me safely for weights over about 275.

The water weight from trt is now subsiding since I’ve lost 8 lbs over last two weeks w/o change in diet. I was 235 before starting and I gained 15 lbs water weight in first 3 months on t.
Dang…that is all good stuff

Pullups were a bit easier today with a different grip. Somebody was “establishing residency” on the pullup bars I normally use.
When someone lives at a piece of equipment I want, I just normally give the long serial killer stare.
Deadlifting 700 and a serial killer stare has more impact than I do.
Sitting nearby while watching the guy screw around usually works. Jjust might try serial killer stares. I pretty much look borderline intimidating anyway.
