You should definitely do dedicated ab work like overs have said.

I am wanting to compete in classic, however like you not sure I will. Can I ask why you decided against it?

Honestly, I had a much larger discrepancy on what I believed was possible. How much weight would I want to gain, do I enjoy that? I eventually got up to about 215 lbs but didn’t feel good or healthy. Dropped 25 lbs and kept a majority of the mass. Getting older makes a difference.
Gave up alcohol this year and man what a difference. Staying lean has never been so easy.
Calves are what they are and they aren’t going to change going into my 50s! :joy:

I have trained my Abs extremely hard since the feedback and honestly think they are pretty pronounced now. Lower six pack just doesn’t ever want to come in. Maybe genetics. Here is another from recently.
