How many carbs should I eat with this program? I’m 5’9 207lbs 10%BF.
1 cup of basmati rice 2x/day is good or its too much?
Thanks, brother, I try! Saw progress on all the lifts and, overall, feel solid…like that hardened, thick muscles feeling. Am I making sense? Full disclosure, I did the Joe DeFranco Rebuilt 2.0, followed by this program; then went back to Rebuilt 2.0, and just this week started back on this program. I’m excited to hit it again.
Any suggestions on a program to follow this?
