6 Week Test Prop and Anavar Beginner Cycle

I’m a 28 yr old male , 5’7 170cm in height, weighing 155lb (around 70kg) running my first cycle. I’m a soccer player who looking to gain some speed, size (not overly big) and strength after sustaining some injuries.

  1. 100mg EOD of Test Prop
  2. 40mg of anavar.

Need advice on dosage, diet, workout routine to have a successful cycle and results.

You are pretty light. I assume that’s because you’re a soccer player and you’re just constantly doing high intensity cardio. You can absolutely get to 165 without any gear. You need to eat more. Seriously. You can absolutely get where you want to without running a cycle. A six week run, even with prop, is not worth the hassle. Six weeks isn’t long enough. Your pct is going to be four weeks, which means out of the 10 weeks that you’re going to be altering your hormones, 40% of the time will be spent in recovery. That’s not how you build long-term lean mass.

I’ve been working out for over 7 years and I can’t seem to break the 160 mark, plus test and anavar are known to reduce inflammation. I have some sports injures that could use those. Also gaining 10-15lbs of lean muscle mass is hard for me, since I have high metabolism. You think it would be better to run Prop 80mg for 8 weeks?

I’m tired of hearing that people can’t gain weight and need gear to do it. You have to eat more; simple as that.

What’s your current calorie intake? What’s your maintenance?

2500-3000 AD , what do you mean by maintance ?

Maintenance calories. The calories you need to exist in your present state.

2000 ad , I all my research research. I know all my PCT Heard some good feedback back as well. I just want more opinions.

Then for the next 10 weeks eat 2,800 cal/d, train as hard as you can, and see if you don’t pack on some size. If after 10 weeks you’re still the same size then come back here and you’ll get advice about how to set up a proper cycle. But I’m betting you’ll be happy with your results if you eat more.

And sleep more. He should rest as much as possible after eating like a monster. And eat before bed, delicious delicious carbs. I always grow the best when I sleep a ton. I used to be a teacher and the summers were always when I made tons of progress because I just slept, ate, and trained like a beast.

It’s really more a cut cycle but you will throw on lean mass. I’d bump it to 12 weeks & bump up Var to 60 or 80… If u want more size throw in 250 test cyp or eth weekly.
Diet 2g per lb protien, 1g per lb carbs
If doing soccer not much need for cardio just hit weights 1hr per day 5-6x a week
