lol

at 19 a lot people told me i had a ton of potential too but you never know if someone is going to stay committed. Not saying OP won’t but you never know what the future holds.

Westclock, thanks for the advice. Funny enough I’ve been thinking about the solid meals thing all yesterday and that I should really try and get a couple more in. I have switched to whole milk, I usually go through a half gallon a day now and I have been adding olive oil to everything lately, I should probably measure it out but I’ve just been pouring it on.

Had to start buying those huge containers of it that you get at a bjs or costco type store. I’m also going to start eating more almonds again. This might be a dumb question but, how do you prepare the chicken with the cheese and sour cream? just grill up a few breasts and add cheese and sour cream? Any other quick/easy real meal suggestions would be helpful as well. I’ll make sure I report back when I’m around 220. For now…it is time to tear up chest day.

I grill half of my food at any given time.

Fajitas are fast and you can pre cook the meat and have numerous meals ready to go.

Better then a bunch of avid posting regulars.

gonna go ahead an assume it’s a picture of the OP, and this is true.

haha no man, the pic wasn’t showing up for me, i thought it was a pic of you. What he means is is that you’re still in better shape then most of the regulars who post on here, and I agreed.

OP, looking pretty solid. We are about the same height, weight, and strength level. I’m 24 though. What are your measurements? You look a little leaner than I do, arms are definitely better too.

Pretty good man, I was 202 before I got mono and now I’m 190, luckily it was just water and fat loss so i’ve become pretty shredded haha, and now my strength is getting back to normal I hit 405 for 6 on squats and 225 for 14 on bench, so hopefully soon it’ll be back to 100% Unfortunately I got into a little fight last night while drunk and broke my hand I think, so that might be a set back haha. How’s your training going man

Nice man! that is some serious squatting can’t wait until I get there. Sucks about the mono though, and hopefully your hand isn’t broken. It’s going great on my end, the adjustments in my training as far as bb lunges, weighted pullups, rack pulls, additional bi, tri excercises have really been great, and I’ve really been hitting calves hard 2-3 excercises 3 times per week with a mix of light high rep and heavy low rep.

Starting to get the eating more on track. I got 365x1 on the squat today, it was my last set on squats and decided to see how it felt. My weight has been wavering in between 192-194. Real excited to get a step further and further.

Good to hear man, 365x1 is still a very impressive squat. Gotta build a foundation somewhere right, looks like you’re basically there once you stick to this new venue you are doing with diet and exercises, once that all comes through it’ll a lot easier to pack mass and strength on bro.

Solid Base! Keep doing what you’re doing bro!
