it was pretty basic rotation 30p-50c-20f 2500kcal 30min cardio per week and just intensiv training for 14weeks then stage ready :smiley:

I do Squats… :smiley: my leg routine now is like this

Squats 10sets
Deadlift Superset leg ex 6sets
Leg press superset leg curls 6sets
Lunges 4sets

Thats all and then i go all out every time !
