I hope to kick ass in tomorrows training as squats are getting a bit weak
Honestly, I dint want to post last days training because Im shamed of how it went. A weight that I had squatted for 10 reps fucked me up in just 4 reps. Smh. The key to improve this is frequency I think

First of all, I didnt die, I was just too lazy to write anything but kept training. The deload went soo good, now my body feels better and my energy is fully recovered again. The most remarkable thing is that when I had squats I tried a wider stance and low bar instead of a higher position. The result was a nice depth, a good bar path and lifting the weights faster. The bad part is a pain on my shoulder as I had never tried that position and that I went for a higher weight that what it should have been to see how it felt but it wasnt anything super heavy.
First day of the cycle and came stronger. Finally bench is going up and I wish it doesnt stop.
I also felt pain in the butt but I dont think its a problem.

Two prs in one day is more than what I could ask for! This week I was supposed to train four days in a row as on friday Im going to Morocco but now I think I’ll just fuck myself. My thumb is bloated becaused I got hit with a plate when loading the bar and now I can barely close the hand.
