A bad new is that tomorrow gym is closed so I’ll have to wait for deads and then train 3 days in a row :slightly_smiling_face:

Just before start deadlifting I knew it was going to be hard af and not sure why. The top set of today was supposed to be 145kgx5+ and last time I got 12 reps, this time just 8 freaking reps. Meh

One day at the bottom but next day Im on the top again. I was sored and tired as hell and thought of skipping gym but then I drank a big cup of coffe and killed it.

I’ve been busy lately so I didnt post anything but I kept training. My body was still getting used to weights again so the trainings could have been better. On saturday I had squats and the performance was a bit disappointing.

Today was time for the bench press which seems to keep flowing. I keep the same pr but feeling much more comfortable and I think the bar speed is a bit faster. I filmed one single at 95kg with a 2 second pause that I’ll post later.

Im getting better day by day and loving the process. I trained with an experienced powerlifter so the motivation levels were above the sky. Also the pain of last time desappeared and it felt good.

I dont know how my pressing has raised so much that even today did very good with a horrible headache. I did 10 reps with 60kg and maybe I could have pushed it for one more rep but as I racked the bar I almost die of pain.

Couldnt do more because of pain but now is much better and despite being sored I think tomorrow I’ll have a good skwat session

It seems that ai forgot to post squat session as Im always busy. Wish my days had 3 more hours to accomplish every single thing I have to do
It also seems that I cant still feel comfortable squatting so the performance is a bit under tye optimal.

Today I had bench press for training on the last week of thid cycle. Im very happy with this movement because it keeps improving, slow, but improving. I had the same reps of last time but taking into account that now Im a bit leaner and that I had been away for a couple of weeks its not even near a problem.

However Im resetting TM for the next cycle in order to have room for progress again. Always leaving away the ego has worked so lets see where Im able to get

As I have already got to the goals I had of benching 2 plates, squatting 3 plates and deadlifting 4 plates, the next goal is going to be:

  • Bench - 120kg
  • Squat - 160kg
  • Deadlift - 220kg

When I get to these goals I’ll be ready to compete for the first time so there is a lot of work that needs to be done :muscle:

Deads are by far my best movement and it just dont stop increasing! Today hitted a pr with a new weight and every time I feel better and technique too.

Doing absolutely nothing this weekend has distracted me from posting so I’ll try to mend it.
On friday I did oh press with the heaviest weigth I have done and next day did squats again with a big weight.

Working at lower percentages with higher reps or more sets is your friend…
