Hi everybody. Sorry if there is any misspelling here as I’m from scandinavia, but I hope everybody understands.
I am 5"8 inches tall (177cm)
Wheigh 207lb (94 kilos)
17% bodyfat
22 years old
Been training for about 5 years.
In those 5 years I have gained about 90lbs, was seriously skinny and could probably call myself an anorexic.
I did two years clean training before starting my first cycle as 19 years old
(yes I know, WAY to young). This was a seriously bullshit of an cycle. I did NOT know what I was doing, did NOT research anything, just bought an ampoule (yes, one!) of testosterone 150, did 300mgs a week for 5 weeks and thats it. No PCT, nothing. Gained maybe 2 pounds while on the cycle and lost them right after.
My second cycle: 10 weeks Test250. 500mg/week. This was better, but no PCT once again (pure stupidity), gained 15 pounds on cycle, lost about 8 pounds.
My third cycle:
Week 0-15: Test 500mg
Week 0-10: Tren 200mg
Week 10-15: Winstrol 50mg
Week 17-20: Nolvadex W1 40mg ED, W2 20mg ED, W3 20mg ED
Gained 25lbs on cycle and lost about 10 pounds.
Now about two years later from my last cycle, I’m planning a bit milder cycle.
You can’t imagine how much my psych crashed after Tren. (Probably never going to use it again).
I need some advice on this next cycle.
What I have is:
15 weeks of Sustanon 250 mg/ml
15 weeks of Equipoise 250 mg/ml
50 tabs of Proviron 25mg
50 tabs of Nolvadex 20mg
As of my macros:
350g protein (+/- 20g a day), 45g fat, 575g carbs. Equals of 4200 calories
