Man, I had this same discussion with a couple of buddies today. I’m not sure where the breakdown is, but they are just a couple of bad breaks from being 3-1. St Louis was heartbreaking and Cleveland was horseshit with that call on the goalline against Barlow.

Yah, its a shame. I too am a niner fan, and now that Im at college on the east coast, I don’t even get to see the games. Its almost nice not having to watch them play like this though. At the end of the season we won’t even have TO if he keeps acting like this. The defense that was looking like it improved over the offseason is once again crappy. Garcia is playin like crap. No heart, no heart at all.

Anderson i agree on dorsey, he looked pretty good in pre-season. But i think we all have started to look for a trade for TO. We have Streets, and LLoyd is gonna be hella good in a few years.

I’m a Viking Fan, I know pain and sorrow. After 98 I didn’t think I could get excited about them again. But here I am getting all worked up all over again. Thats the great thing about Football every year is a clean slate a new chance to play.

As a life long Niners fan I am also sad to see them this year. Living in Canada it would be a dream come true to watch a Niners game live. I almost went to a Pats Niners game a couple of years ago, but didn’t have the $$$$. You guys in the states do not know how lucky you are to be able to see an NFL game. I don’t even have a CFL team within 2000 miles. I agree with Anderson, the Niners are a couple of breaks from 3-1. Oh well, they have been the best team for the last 20 years.
The 49’ers just plain STINK this year. They should trade Owens now before they get zippy (zero) in return.

Starting Friday Im setting up a football pool at T-Nation. Im gonna put up the point spreads for all the NFL games this weekend and every weekend and were gonna see who can get the most games right and maybe win a prize.
