48 Years old - started TRT - decided to cycle

I’ve been working out since early age - most of my life I’ve been in a pretty good shape. I was in the best shape of my life about 10 years ago and I let go of myself (won’t go too much into it here). 2 years ago, I decided to get back to it… working out consistently since then, but struggling to lose weight (diet was not optimal).
I started TRT and then after 6 months I also started a carnivore diet (which changed everything).
After 80 days into carnivore, I was lean and muscular.
Then, I decided to do a testosterone cycle.
The plan was 10 weeks at 400mg/week - not too strong…
It is important to note that I had some sensitivity in my nipples while on TRT, and the doctor prescribed Arimidex (0.5mg / twice a week).
This addressed the estradiol levels, and my last blood exam before the cycle had a 17 pg/mL level of estradiol. My test was about 800 then.
Fast forward 4 weeks into the cycle, and sensitivity was back and more intense - I could still feel the bump behind my nipples, but not noticeable by looking (still not noticeable today, but there).
I ordered a blood test but also decided to bump up Arimidex to 0.5mg to eod and started taking Tamoxifen (10mg twice daily).
These are the results of the blood exam before I bumped up AI and added Tamoxifen:
TEST, TOTAL: 2941 H
FREE TEST: 740.5 H
ESTRADIOL, ULTRASENSITIVE, LC/MS: 81 H

I appreciate any thoughts - I will also run this by an MD.

It would be helpful if you posted the lab ranges.

Thank you - here it is:
TEST TOTAL, MS - 2941 H - Ref. Range: 250 - 1100 ng/dL
TEST, FREE - 740.5 H - Ref. Range: 35.0-155.0 pg/mL
ESTRADIOL, ULTRASENSITIVE, LC/MS - 81 H - Ref. Range: < OR = 29 pg/mL

If you are continuing to have e2 related issues I’d increase the AI or lower your Test dose. If it’s just gyno concerns I’d take the Nolva, or let it grow during this cycle and cut it out post cycle, then it’s not a concern anymore.
