Yeah, I am very familiar with westside. I was just wondering what other movements you train besides main lifts.
I’m a major fan of the 2-board press as a supplemental movement for bench. Bradford presses work well for my shoulder because I’ve dislocated my right shoulder 4 times (combat sports, not lifting) and the limited ROM works well. I just recently picked up a trap bar, so I’m utilizing it in a lot of my training. I love Hise Shrugs for trap development, and I’ve used front squats to bring up my quads when they were the limiting factor. Really, there’s a ton of movements I rotate in and out of my training, and with chains and bands, it really opens up the varities.
