I’m 41 and just getting back into lifting after 10yrs off. But this is the first time I’ve ever used anything anabolic. I was going to start off with 4iu daily and 500mg test per week. I’m 5’11 and approx 180lbs. My questions are:
Do i do 5 on 2 off with gh and is 3 days a week a good way to spread out the 500mg of test?
How many days a week should I be lifting while running this protocol?
I typically would lift 3 days a week with cardio and abs everyday. I have broad shoulders and a broad chest (if that’s the right terminology) I can put on muscle pretty easily but I am prone to having man boobs. It lessens when working out regularly but I’ve never been able to fully get rid of it. I’m hoping with proper diet (which is not hard for me) consistent exercise (not hard once I get started) and some anabolic assistance, I can for the first time in a long time feel good about my body. I’m in the worst shape of my adult life. Any advice at all is appreciated. Any best practices or key information especially on the pharma side would be amazing. Also open to any suggestions regarding workout schedules or anything that you feel would be useful information for me to have. Thanks in advance.

Do these things FIRST. Get THIS in good order. Get your sleep sorted out too. THEN, once you have this baseline established and are in good health, assess.

Whoa, 500mg of test and 4iu of gH is a solid dose, and each are prone to water retention. You might do fine, but you will likely not know what effects to attribute to which substance. You could be making the same gains on literally half those doses.
I would recommend starting 250-350mg test for 8 weeks or so just to see how you react to that, then throw in 2 iu of gh, and increase by .5 - 1 iu every 2-4 weeks. CTS/nerve pain can be horrifically painful, and once you get it, it takes weeks or months to subside. Enchanced lifestyle appeals to people because of “quick gains”, but,trust me, you will be so much better off in terms of both gains and health if you learn properly and keep the marathon mindset, thinking about 2 or 20 years from now, not 2 weeks from now. I hope this doesn’t sound condescending… ask me how I learned these things.. it wasn’t the smart way. I ran into a lot of brick walls head-first, mostly metaphorically
These substances are multipliers. You need to do the work to get results. You might want to take some time getting disciplined on your lifestyle (diet, sleep, recreational substances, exercise) before you start any PED.
There is no reason to take 2 days a week of gh unless you can’t afford it. It wont help with suppression or side effects. It’s an outdated paradigm from when gh was 700 a kit.
I would recommend lifting a minumium of every other day, if not more like 5 days a week. Each of these substances significantly increase recovery abilities, and together, they synergize strongly. Don’t dive right in, but long term, youre leaving gains on the table if you aren’t lifting 5-6 days a week.

Even if you tested low today, after a year of eating right and lifting you’ll be in a much better place. Going from the couch to the needle is a bad idea.
Please stop. Full stop. Get your hormones tested before you start. Chances are you may already have a hormonal imbalance as you have zero muscle mass, concentrated fatty deposits, and gynecomastia. You may make everything worse with your plan. If your post labs show fine hormones, get your life in check. Adding fuel to a dumpster fire is a bad idea. If your hormones are off, proper TRT will be a far better choice to help you meet your goals.

They won’t be good results if he’s that out of shape…a good diet, some good heavy training, good sleeping, and just good lifestyle adjustments will have those results looking better in 12 weeks.
You have that little faith in yourself that before even lifting a finger you want to inject? Dude have some faith in yourself. You could gain 10 or so pounds of muscle while losing some fat in the next year if you just lift and eat healthy
First you need a baseline hormone test to check testosterone levels have it include sensative E2, liver, and kidney markers. Avoid the TEST and if you do it anyways dont start at high dosages 150mg or 200mg a week max. Have some anastrozole on hand due to your body fat % you might aromatize more .25mg of anastrozol once or twice a week should bring you down to normal if you experience itchy nips, mood swings, bloat, or acne. Now the safer route would be to start taking RETATRUTIDE 1mg a week drop your BF % down a bit which should take two months and then hop on test. You can add in HGH with it starting at 2IU a day then bumping it up to 4IU itll help with recovery and help shred belly fat as well. At the end of the day itll all come down to diet and cardio which is what you should focus on for now with a little bit of weights. 70g of fats a day, under 2200 calories, and your weight in protein look into slate 42g protein shakes I take 3 a day along with my meals to hit my goals. Cardio get on stairs start doing 30 mins minimum at level 6 eventually work your way to 50 mins a day. This will put you in a caloric deficit and help you shred your weight easily.
You are just getting back into lifting after 10 years off and you are jumping straight on to PEDS. Are you mad ?
You need to do get back in to a serious training regimen and stick at it for at least 12 months or so before you even contemplate using any kind of ped. ( you also need to shed some weight first as well ).

I do however have a buttload of gh and test. How long with it stay good for? I already mixed one of the vials of gh. I assume that will be no good by the time I can use .

I am 39 and never been on gear. I was 184kg for 2m10 a year ago.
With a healthy lifestyle, a good workout plan and some well deserved cheat meal i am now 120kg and still 2m10.
I am feeling fantastic, never been steonger before. Yes i have a shitload of loose skin, yes i still see myself like i am 184kg…but that’s what happening to everybody who’s doing the same journée.

Yep… thats not unusual. Been tons of indviduals over the years who dont have a solid bases on how to program or have a basic grasp on their nutrition. BUT They wont blink to dick with their endocrine system.
