Day 3 of HCG

Energy : 3-4 (1-10 range)
Libido: 3 (1-10 range)

Still low on the energy and libido. Been going to bed really early like at 9pm.

Been forcing myself to get up at 5am and hit the gym, did legs yesterday and 60 mins of cardio today. Tomorrow will be hitting up chest.

Have to say Im pretty nervous about the blood work, hope I dont have hemochromatosis so trying not to think about it until after the results. Been reading up on it, pretty scary stuff. Would have to give blood weekly until iron levels are normal and hope no damage to liver and other organs.

We shall see.

If you are low on energy…why are you doing 60 minutes of cardio? If you need to lose weight, do it with your diet.

I diet and lift and do cardio. Down 12 lbs in the last month. Aiming for 2 lbs a week.

I am low on energy because of my low T (or maybe high iron? not sure will find out in another week). I still force myself to get to the gym. Feeling a little under the weather atm as well. Trying to shake this bug.

Day 4 of HCG Therapy

Not going to post libido or energy levels today.

Sick with chest cold, sore throat, sinuses so wont make sense. Slept most of the day. I want to shake this bug so I can hit the gym. Just started a 12 week program and looking to make some decent progress once my T levels are in the normal range.

Day 5 (Sunday)- almost over this cold, getting most of the congestion out of my lungs.

Energy and Libido still low, wont report since I still have cold.

Waiting for wife to get her a$$ downstairs so I can hit up the gym. Going to do Back and Bis today. Next injection of HCG will be tomorrow. Last injection was on Friday.

I finished reading the ebook why people get fat by Gary Taubes. Interesting read. Basically advocating keto diets and says carbs make us fat. Next week I will get the results of my iron blood work. Assuming all goes well I will try increasing my protein intake and stop eating all carbs after lunch. This will give my body 16+ hours of no carbs.

I switched over to T cyp for TRT. 100mg a week.

Odd its not covered by my insurance either but much more affordable. 1 vial is $80 and it will last me 4-5 months. Why bother even having insurance if they dont cover half the things you need?

Anyways back to original topic :slight_smile:

Did my first pin last night and will get follow up blood work in 6 weeks (6 pins). Last Night I used a 31g 1/2" needle. Was very hard to get the test out of the vial and slllllooow to inject. I injected into my delt. I ordered some 25g 1" needles which should be in today so I can inject IM into my quad and alternate with delts.

Will report back changes in energy, libido and mood as things develop.

Still killing it in the gym as well. This year I will be in the best shape of my life :slight_smile:

Quad is sore today from the T cyp injection using the 25g 1" needle. Worked out on legs and felt like vomiting. Good workout :slight_smile:

Havent noticed any difference yet in libido or energy but then again still a little sick.

This person started HCG for TRT and lost 40 lbs in the first month using a normal 2k calorie diet and lifting. Gives me motivation to lift and diet even harder! :slight_smile:

Quick update

I believe the libido is kicking into gear now. Much more excitable :slight_smile:

Right now I am following Crislins HCG protocol with a T injection 100mg per week with 2 HCG shots days 6 and 7 before the next injection. Tomorrow will be shot #2.

Its amazing how the HCG makes your nuts drop in the same day.

Been killing it in the gym and will report changes in body comp over time. Currently doing Kris Gethins 12 week program, on week 2 now.

Thoughts for this week:
Diet was spot on, cleaned up macros more, 2k cals a day, didnt weigh myself all week and was quite surprised it went up 2 lbs. Good thing for the waist measurements, it went down again this week. I can only guess its water or maybe some muscle too? Most likely its related to my TRT I started 2 weeks ago. I guess I dont really care what I weigh if my waist keeps going down. I somewhat expected my weight to possibly go up some.

Been getting stronger each week and putting in 100% each workout . I had to peel my shirts off today. Nasty. Like peeling skin of a fish. A fat fish. A fat, slimy, smelly fish.

The statue
I know you have seen him. The guy that goes to the gym, does the exact same thing each day, some cardio, and NEVER changes, weight or appearance. Hence the title the statue. Its been bothering me more lately, seeing this guy in the gym probably mid 40s, chubby, more like dumpy and does around 20 mins of elliptical a day. FAST, beet red, dripping wet. Wears biker shorts too. Quite the sight to see.

Maybe when I get my body in better shape and have some decent before/after pics, Ill approach him and see if he wants some pointers. I have seen him there 2 years now. Never changes, always the statue.

Quick update.

5 shots of Test so far @ 100mg a week with 500 iu of HCG (2 shots of 250 ius).

I will get blood work done in 2 weeks and post results. I have some Ldex on the shelf waiting for results of E2 before taking any.

Down to 212 lbs, waist down to 42 from 45.5 pre HRT.

Hemotologist results came back negative on the hemochromatosis. He will wait till after next set of blood work to see how my RBC and hemocrit comes back and decide if anything needs to be done.

Been working out like a machine and keeping the diet in check. No beer or alcohol for over a month now!

Looking to break sub 200 by the end of April.
