I’ve not been that active in the forums these days other than just posting my daily training (kids, busier job, etc) but I’m going to try to stop spending the little free time I have doom-scrolling Twitter and instead poke in here a bit more.
Today I did 30 singles EMOM at 315 and decided to see if I could find this old thread.
Fun to read everyone’s posts from back in the day. Maybe I’ll give some more things like this a go this summer.
I’m not sure of my future with deadlifts thanks to my good ol back injury revisiting me this year. I wish I would have revisited this three years ago (my peak before the fall). I hit 555 for a single, a 515 deficit single (standing on a 45 lb bumper), and 465 for 5 during that phase. I think I could have actually finished the 405 lb challenge.
My official attempt at this in 2017 was 6 singles.
