405*30 Close Grip Bench Press

Lotz of playa haterz out there.
A video of the 300 lb. curl!

In what way is that considered a curl?

I might eat my words on this, but if that is a curl, I would love to see that bench press. Show some plates too. I only saw 50 lbs. plus a chain on that yanking thing.

did anyone rush up to you and try giving you mouth to mouth? or try using the AED? those grand mal seizures can be treated with medication.

What in the hell was that suppose to be? Please…Stop wasting everybody’s time with this crap.

Although there’s not a terribly strong correlation between what one lifts in the gym and how he performs on the table, I thought some might be interested in hearing a few past feats of strength:

What table? The buffet table?

That boy’s got more chins than a Chinese phonebook…

why the belt if he is so strong. surely he knows about bracing and core strength.

What a revolutionary way to work your biceps! While I used to believe elbow flexion was necessary for curls, now I understand that ANYONE can achieve the look of a Down Syndrome baby by just huffing your whole body against a stack of weights that is being moved with two compound pulleys. I also never realized how much leg strength curls could develop. Amazing!

Oh, wait, that doesn’t make any sense.
That made me laugh really hard.

I deadlift Hummers for lower body endurance training. My best is 63 reps but I just got bored at that point and moved on to penis push-ups on my 10 inch cock.
that is the best answer in this silly thread here

I did 11, that’s right, ELEVEN push-ups IN A ROW last week.

I’m still sore.

This is some serious strength right here:

What about your personal feats of strength?

Although there’s not a terribly strong correlation between what one lifts in the gym and how he performs on the table, I thought some might be interested in hearing a few past feats of strength:

Closed grip bench press: 225 x 154, 315 x 65 and 405 x
30.

 • Hammer Strength bench press: 745 x 1, 495 x 30

 • One-armed row: 275 x 30, 385 x 2.

 • Standing behind the neck press: 405 x 5.

 • Side lateral raise: 120 x 4

 • Standing one armed dumbbell curl: 145 x 9

 • E-Z bar curl: 255 x 16

 • Dumbbell wrist curl: 210 x 10, 120 x 100.

 • Fly Machine: 100 reps with full stack of 200

 • One-armed dumbbell preacher curl (half reps): 240 x 6

 • One armed dumbbell preacher curl (partials): 210 x 80

 • Hammer Strength shoulder press negatives: six 100 pound plates plus 260-pound spotter pulling down with all his weight.

 • Pull-up negatives: (broke dipping belt and got kicked out of the university weight room after attempting 400 pounds).

Since my injury, I no longer train in that sort of way and specialize in mostly hand, wrist, and arm training now – often a mix including lighter weight and improved form and a wider variety of exercises.

a friend of mine told me that some russians at his gym in berlin took some steroids for some bulls. not that they beat this guy numbers here, their skin turned blue too and one guy died about three weeks later after he was on the first time. the second guy made it just a little longer but past away too, too bad, anyway

you all have a good one

I threw the numbers into a 1RM calculator for kicks.

225x154 = 1264

315x65 = 929

405x30 = 769

Strong!

I jerk off with a lot more ROM.

“What do you recommend to new armwrestlers?”

“* Stay away from Creatine as I am convinced that Creatine causes muscle tears.”

Show us some better videos. I think there is something wrong either with your weights or your eye calibration. Or why haven`t I heard of you before?

Oh, and I’d personally like to congratulate DB on doing a kegel with a 45lb plate in his vagina.
In my vagina??? I WISH I had a vagina. I would be like “The Cat in the Hat” with all the things I could store in there. Women really don’t utilize their “luggage compartment” to its full capacity.

DB

1017 x 25 on an ez bar for wrist curls is my best.
