This was my last bench workout before heading into the first of my 3 meets I have planned for this summer. Next weekend I will be benching at the NASA USA Nationals in Lancatser, Ohio. I am aiming to hit between 535-550 in a single ply fury. The other 2 meets I plan to lift in are the USAPL Bench Press Nationals and the IPF/NAPF North American Bench Press Championships in Costa Rica.
