#4. How is this number accurate. Average American drinks 2 sodas a day? Seems like a lot to me, I have about 30-35 people I would consider close to me wether family/friends/associates/business partners/co-workers/etc. And after consideration there isn’t a single person I can think of that would average 2 sodas a day, every day. #8. Why is this a bad thing? To me this should be considered positive on a few levels. One being that it could mean the average American doesn’t need multiple soucres of income i.e. more people, to buy a house. The idea of owning a home is considereda want for the majority of Americans. Isn’t it a good thing they don’t need the help of family members/friends/roommates to buy a house? #13. Better than diesease/malnutrition/government restictions/lack of clean water/and the like. #15. Probably prevented a potential rape or 2… #20. Freedom baby Freedom! #27. If there wasn’t the ability to freely eat, it wouldn’t be a disorder it’d be starvation, see #13. #33. Big military keeps people employed, like it or not. #35. = ^ in employement, plus I’m sure we even supply other governments…not like we’re out there only arming criminals.
There are some I can agree with and I do believe need to be fixed/changed. However, I’d much rather live here then a lot of other countries.

I can kill 8-10 sodas a day. They don’t much give statistical explanation.
I’d still rather live here than anywhere else.
Me too
Live for 25 years in Europe (born there) and it sucked monkey balls. Life has been a struggle since I came to the States but lost my heart here completely. Would leave in a box only.

Sure, a lot of other countries have lower statistics on some of those items, like car theft and incarceration. Cause in other countries the police just pull you out of the car and shoot you in the head.

Or they don’t own cars.
Or the cops don’t do shit. You would be surprised what you can get away with in Europe because there aren’t enough cops or people are afraid or the insurance takes care of it.
The only point that had any real validity ( By a large margin Lol)
Was the one about incarceration.
America has the largest percentage of it’s population locked up.
Probably has something to do with Americans watching the most TV but that’s just my opinion.

Do these stats take the size of said nations, and then make the % of what theyre stating equivalent if all the nations in the poll were the same size? because there are obviously nations of many different sizes, which means point is moot unless everything is equal, which i doubt. Doesnt matter cause America is the best.
AMERICA
no, it doesnt, which is why any large country is screwed by the “total” stats they sight… the % based ones are much closer to europe and what not…

Can and actually Do are two different things. This article leads to the fact that Americans Do consumer 600 sodas a year.
Doesn’t matter to me none. America is still the best fuckin’ country on the face of this planet. Anybody who tries to say otherwise can get the hell out.
Watch this and try to tell me you aren’t proud to be American.
When I was a kid, I couldn’t wait to leave Canada and move somewhere WARM like Florida or Texas or California.
The last 10 years, I’ve been all over America, and to be honest, I live in Canada and no longer plan to leave
America has gone from a country of fearless entrepreneurs and optimists to a bunch of shell-shocked, frightened people. Everything is about FEAR: Fear gay marriage is going to ruin society, fear of terrorism (how many people die of terrorism vs a common cold…), fear of Mexicans stealing jobs (wasn’t America made great by hard-luck immigrants?), fear of other Americans because they come from the ghetto, fear of the dissolution of government and the need to stockpile ammo and dry rations, fear of change in general, fear of being honest with oneself (no princess, you’re not special, get off the prozac).
I love visiting the states and stimulating the economy. But damn, I’m so happy every single time I return to Canada. Say what you want about socialism, I’d rather live in a country where people live and let you be as long as you don’t harm others. 40% tax bracket, fine, it’s not perfect, but I’m a big fan of turning on the news and seeing NEWS, not FEAR and HATE.
So I’m just going to keep taking my trips 2-3x a year to the states, hitting the outlets for cheap stuff, seeing the big cities and imagining what they must have been like when America was the place to be. Sorry America, you were once my dream, but not any more. You can keep your Patriot Act and your No Child Left Behind and other assorted bullshit, since 2001, you’ve totally lost your mojo. You’re just a playground now, and it’s a shame most of your citizens are too busy with their iPhones, Taco Bell Supreme Anal Explosions and NFL teams to care.
