no its a different type of pain, when It first happend in the right side 2 years ago I couldnt squat for 4 months

I have been getting some quad cramps after couple hours of conditioning we do, they’re much more frequent then hamstring cramps, but at least they don’t hurt nearly as much.

I’m tall skinny and long legged the hole I just don’t have good leverage is all.
