No I haven’t tried to get off TRT.
I cant seem to get cialis to work long term, it gives me all sorts of dizziness and reflux.
Never ever listen to anyone in here who tell u shit like:
“The more estrogen the better!”
“Estrogen cant be the issue!”
“Never use AI”
“Estrogen is what gives you libido!”
Just dont listen, they do not have experience, ignore them, or mock them.

Your 44 but 44 is still really young to be on TRT. Someone 44 should still be able to have a healthy sex life especially if you do not have a history of true health issues that would cause these problems. It sounds like something went wrong in your body and I would encourage you to try to find the root cause of what happend. That is the true challenge that I am facing my probable happened Acutely as well adn when something happens acutely usually means you can fix it if you find the root cause. Now if this was a chronic long term issue then that would be another story. I had heat palpating and night sweats and sleep disturbances as well. As well as acute errection problems that came out of no where. My biggest problem was not being able to find a doctor that could help me investigate what was going wrong with me
I did investigate. I believe I have a combo of primary and secondary hypogonadism. I believe that my t went low enough to cause those symptoms.
Primary and secondary hypogonadism IS a diagnosis and that is the condition that can cause low t requiring treatment.
I also was dx with cardiomyopathy the first year in trt. I believe this was due to untreated high blood pressure I’ve had for many years.
I’ve been on a beta blocker and an ARB now since and my cardiomyopathy is got. My blood pressure is great now.
I did have the cardiologist investigate cause I felt maybe I had a heart problem that caused this. Could it have been the cardiomyopathy ? Idk.
Now that my heart is fixed do I get off trt and restart and see what happens? I don’t think this is wise given the history I gave you and what I noticed growing up
.
So my first experince was at 28yrs and it came out of no where one day me and my girlfriend at the time were getting ready to have sex and all of a sudden I could not get a errection. So we have it a break for the day. Which has never happened to me before. So the next day she was trying to give me oral sex and still nothing and it was like I could t even feel nightingale down there and I got really concerned and so was she. I want to my primary doctor and he told me the my testosterone was 319 and that it was fine. I still till this date do not know what has effected my body so drastically that I have to inject my self with TRT everyday. So to answer no I have not found the root cause but I will never give up my goal is to get off this crap and get my normal life back. Before this I had a crazy sex drive and a fantastic sex life and just a better life in general. So yes TRT helped me a lot get some of my errection back but there will be periods with no matter how much cialias I use I still can not get a errection it’s because hormones fluctuate so I have never been able to get what some people call dialed in. But there also have been times where I have some really good strong errection luke I use too even without cialis but that is very rare. I usually take cialias Everytime I have sex
