I’m thinking if I can build my legs I would weigh a lot more. I feel like my upper body is closer to someone who weights 200 lbs at my height and my legs are developed like someone who weighs 160lbs lol
I’ll give this a go. Is there anything in particular that you think I should update this log with? Also what are your stats/experience with AAS?
On TRT for about a year. Right now on my first blast at 325 mg test. Have been for about 6 weeks now. I start var in about 3-4 days at 50 mg/day for another 6 weeks.
For lifts I have squatted 490 in wraps, benched 335 for 2 (but have more in me), and deadlift 565 lbs. I am hoping after the 6 weeks on var that I get to 525, 365, and 585 (I have been dropping all my heavy deadlifts lately
so I am not super optimistic about it).
5’10 @ 220 probably about 20% bf. Need to lose fat lol, but hopefully the var helps with that.
How are you dosing this? Twice weekly or every 3 days? 5’10 at 220 is pretty big you’ve got me by 35 lbs lol
Your legs are clearly much more developed than mine. Also 335 for 2 on bench is pretty strong, my 3 rep max is right at 300 so I would guess I could probably hit 305 for two…
How much weight have you gained since starting 6 weeks ago?
Also are you taking an AI? I have mine on hand but have not started taking yet.
I do 100 mg on Monday and Wednesday, and 125 on Friday (since longer time until next shot). I am pretty confident that 2X a week would be just fine, I just seem to remember better being on MWF schedule.
I have only really gained a couple lbs, but I have had a bit of recomping going on.
AI I have on hand, but don’t need it. I have 0.125 mg pills, so pretty easy to manage if I need to take some. I don’t think I will though as var does not convert. It does lower SHBG, so I could end up with more E2.
Has your libido changed at all? My E2 at 712 TT is right at 22 so I’m assuming now that my levels are much higher my E2 is also way higher.

Libido is pretty outrageous. Ratio of Free T to E2 is more important than just looking at is E2 high. E2 can be 100, but if your Free T is also 100, you will likely feel fine.
I am also interested in Tbol. Both don’t convert to E2, and have low androgenic properties which is advantageous for many sides. The only bad side I have had so far on the test is some acne on the neck and back. I am using topical OTC stuff for that. I do feel oily compared to TRT.
Your libido is outrageous on Var? Its a known libido killer.

Haha it definitely lowered my libido for sure. If you have legit var, it will probably do the same for you.

The guy I got it from thought it was legit. He is much older than me, and was running a fairly heavy cycle (test @ 600, deca @ 300, and EQ @ 600). He said he stopped due to high BP, which is consistent with what I have read about var. I guess I’ll see when I try it.
He also was trying to get rid of tri tren, that gave him too many sides. I had no interest in that. Dude is a beast, but I always try to get him to slow down. He wants to total 2000+ in his mid 50s. I think his last meet he hit around 1950.
I should note my blood pressure pre cycle was consistently around 100/60 And HR was always resting in 50-60 bpm. and as of yesterday and today when I have checked it has been close to touching 140/90 and resting Hr is 80-90 bpm
Maybe RBC values are increasing or extra water weight?

No, it’s modification of RAAS, impact on adrenals… beta adrenergic receptor up regulation etc (sympathetic nervous system initially goes into overdrive)… not healthy, will induce long term ailment, but happens to most guys using gear
One of the main reasons I don’t like test… Heart rate rises moreso than with most other compounds I’ve used.
If BP is 140/90 that’s pushing it, try get it down…

Any tricks to get heart rate and blood pressure down? Clearly using AAS isn’t healthy but it’s a risk we choose to take for the sake of gains. As seen in one of my posts above, experiencing minimal side effects is a goal of mine.
My blood pressure jump is quite big for me since mostly pre cycle I am towards the line of hypotension my blood pressure is/was always on the low end, and same for my heart rate… I can feel my heart beating almost at all times… 80-90 is high for me resting.
88 bpm per my watch and yes those are Santa socks before anyone asks.
Yes, certain supplements (COQ10, also excellent for vascular health), celary seed extract etc.
Keep insulin sensitivity under control (there are numerous variables here that are important to continually monitor)
Yes, it’s called heart palpitations. Out of curiosity were you screened for heart defects/abnormalities prior to cycle, do you have a familial history of cardiovascular disease?
Heart palpitations when on high dose AAS/ have high blood pressure is a normal symptom, doesn’t mean it’s healthy.
The problem here is, I shouldn’t have to spoon feed you this advice mate, these are things you should’ve known before cycling… it’s not extensive in detail, it’s something you could’ve easily picked up a book/looked at a study and learnt
Wonder if this is why mine has never budged on cycle at 500mg… even with DBol. I take 200mg CoQ10 with my Red Yeast Rice and Niacin. Did not realize that about CoQ10, thank you!
I have been extensively screened, remember I am a firefighter… they run every test on me every year to make sure I am not a liability. I am in phenomenal cardiovascular shape due to my training and as of recently I just went through my 6 weeks of special ops and confined space training.
I am also trained to lower respirations per minute to conserve breathing air in the event I am stuck in a fire with low air. Lol
The blood pressure is a concern of mine but I was fully aware prior to the cycle it could or would increase. As far as the reading goes, I will def research tips and tricks.
But I for sure appreciate your input! Hopefully you’ll follow along with my log. I always see so many incomplete logs floating around. I plan to finish this log all the way through.
