Sure I do. Carpet bombing is when you drop bombs that blow up cribs and women.
So AQ would be the defacto expert in carpet bombing, then. No…wait…does blowing up resaraunts, and killing babies while they are sitting with their mothers on a bus count?
Where is your outrage over that? If there is any, you drown it out with your hatred of America.

Al-Qaeda is the scum of the earth. There is no argument about that. They are a criminal organization supported by Wahabis and other whackos. Nobody voted for Al-Qaeda to blow up restaurants. Al-Qaeda doesn’t use my taxmoney to kill babies. In fact, I’ll be OK with breaking the legs of people who finance them.
The US army blows up hospitals and kills babies as well. But the difference is that it gets money from you to do so. Worse, some are cheering the invasion and annihilation of other countries.
Outrage over the actions of some lunatic thugs is a given. It’s implicit.
I have higher standards than to compare the actions of a group I support to those of criminals. It’s called civilization.

You are dead wrong.
We are cheering when they kill terrorists from Al-Qaeda, (these people you allegedly call murderous butchers), not when there is a friendly fire incident or we accidently kill women and children because cowardly terrorists use them as human shields. I have not seen one post of anyone cheering over a dead civilian Iraqi.
You did carpet bomb villages (remember Fallujah?), and people still call it “restraint”. HH calls on “burning the nest”, “carpet bombing”, and “a land where the buffalo roam”. If that’s not cheering up genocide, I don’t know what is. For heaven’s sake, the guy’s inspiration is Ann Coulter!
You are a liar. We certainly did not carpet bomb Fallujah. Perhaps we should have. We could have decapitated the terrorists if we did. Instead we let civilians (and terrorists) leave while our Marines risked their lives fighting house to house.
You are a dirty liar. You keep exposing yourself with these lies. Any American that supports you and believes your lies should be ashamed of themselves.
Perhaps we should have??/
The insurgents we bombed in Fallujah are the same sunni insurgents that now have tactically decided to work with U.S. forces to eliminate AQI. Weird that here you call them terrorists.
It seems like you have no idea what’s happening in Iraq?

Zap, check out the CNN documentary about Fallujah. It was very interesting how the Marines took the city and exactly what they were up against.
I was always under the impression that the terrorists left with the general populace and when they went in, no one was there. It was incredible the odds they faced and anyone who gives a damn about the freedom of Iraq should be proud of what they did.

They may not get tax money, but they sure are getting a lot of profit from your propaganda.
We were talking about us cheering the deaths of civilians. So far, you are the only one who seems to cheer their alleged deaths so you can throw it in our faces.
The general population was allowed to leave Fallujah before the bombing commenced. There would have been hardly no women and children left when the Marines invaded and we would not have targeted them enless the cowardly terrorists used them as human shields.
4.From the video I saw the city was still standing, so if 10,000 buildings were destroyed prior to the Marines taking the city, either there were 100,000 buildings in Fallujah or you are wrong.
You have no idea what carpet bombing is.
It was a city of mosques. Most of the terrorists were firing at our troops from them.
If the citizens of Falujah gave a shit about how many “women and children” were allegedly killed by our “bombs” maybe they should have layed down their arms and surrendered. Since they did not, they were equally to blame for any deaths because they knew what was coming.

I’m one of those people you accuse of killing babies and bombing hospitals. You’re right, risking my life is more or less a part of the job description. This requires a resilience far beyond your comprehension. I receive a monthly salary to, ultimately, take lives. There’s no complex semantics about that, just crude fact.
The shame in that is living with the thought that the quality of character of some of those people is far greater than yours, terrorist or not. This is because they, at least, have the cojones to put their words to action, not merely limit themselves to name-calling and finger-pointing. But rest assured, I’d gladly take yours at no cost at all.

Mindlessly obeying your superiors is also part of that job.
Gee, you think?
I have no doubt that some of your colleagues have the best intentions and genuinely buy into the “Fight for Freedom” line when they sign up. However, in most cases, it’s the kids without alternatives that usually end up there. It’s not so much about resilience, than it is about desperation.
It’s refreshing to have a cynic’s account of the situation. Nothing like a pragmatic “I kill people for money…so what?” to put things into perspective.

You prefer killing to name-calling and finger-pointing?

Jesus you’re amazing! You go on and on about how what happens in a given country is the business only of the citizens of that country, and then you make statements like this, or about “tax dollars being used.”

What you do inside your country is your own business. But as long as your tax dollars are used to wage wars of aggressions, I’ll complain about it.
“Our government has kept us in a perpetual state of fear, kept us in a continuous stampede of patriotic fervor, with the cry of grave national emergency. Always there has been some terrible evil at home or some monstrous foreign power that was going to gobble us up if we did not blindly rally behind it.” – Gen. Douglas MacArthur

Mindlessly spouting off pro-terrorist, anti-US propaganda, is that part of your job?
Most of the 9/11 people were SAUDIS, but since we are beholden to Saudi and their oil and their influence on the UAE decisions which directly relates to OPEC and price per barrel of oil, we don’t dare raise a finger to slap down the Saudis for their complicity.
