32 Y.O - Blood Work Results. Thoughts?

Guys hi,

Just made lab tests. I wonder how my tests look and how i can improve:

Symptoms

Sex drive, energy levels, optimism/mood, motivation are the areas i would like to improve.

Diet

For last 2 months my diet have been:

breakfast(8am) lamb, beef liver, beef marrow, 5 cooked apples, salt
lunch(1pm) salmon, 3 cooked apples, salt
dinner(7pm) cooked veggies, 3 cooked apples, honey
(bigger protein rich breakfast and smaller dinner)

Before that I had similar diet, but most carbs were coming from tubers(potatoes and sweet potatoes), no fruits. Problem with tubers, they make me foggy/tired if eaten for breakfast/lunch so I was forced to have all carbs for dinner only. With fruits I can eat them any time.
I am totally grain/dairy free for last 4 years. These foods make me feel bad.

Lifestyle
15-20 min kettle bell workout every morning
Trying to get at least 30-60 min of sun a day when it’s sunny outdoors
Do not drink/smoke/use drugs

Supplements
Not big into supplements. From time to time use rhodiola, schizandra, vitamins B, etc – natural supps that help focus and concentration.

Your main problem is high SHBG, it’s binding up the majority of your Free T which is why it’s at the bottom of the ranges, sadly to only method to correct it may be TRT. Your pituitary gland is working overtime trying to say ahead and make more testosterone to compete with high SHBG.

In short you have low testosterone, or low free testosterone. All the areas you’re looking to improve won’t happen as long as your Free T is low.

SystemLord but his total T is fantastic though very High for his age naturally, Why would he want to Destroy that level 1,300 Ng/DL? there exists supplements to free lower SHBG. Like Boron, Stinging nettle Root. If i had his Testosterone naturally at 32 years, i would certainly try to fix my SHBG before jumping on TRT yes.

I am on T.R.T myself though. all because basically my Testosterone was of 75 year old man. I don’t even think i had naturally high levels as his bbbjet of 1,300 that’s good for his age, only downfall is yes his SHBG. and Free Testosterone is definitely lots lower. but can be resolved with few Supplement tweaks. there is website called AnabolicMen which explains good health supplements for hormones. Although they fail on some because no Supplement helps Testosterone more than Real T.R.T but Free Testosterone can be resolved with supplements.

That fantastic very high testosterone he will never see any of it, it’s bound to SHBG, he is young and as he ages SHBG will continue to climb. As far as boron or stinging nettle root, if it worked everyone would be using it. It’s a short term solution and has a extremely small chance of actually working, if it does it will be short term. I never heard of either working for anyone, unicorns do exists.

I’m looking for long term solutions.

Supplements to lower SHBG DONT WORK. Period.

If they do “work” its transient, or minimal effect.

I’ve spent countless hours looking into this and experimenting on myself.
