Goal: Mayby going for an atletic fitness contest 2010

Edit: Well not many comments recieved in these tread so ill post some more information…

Right now i do a pyramid program, and its first time im trying out this, but mayby i schould stick to low reps with high volume??

Other then that im flexing between high reps and low reps.

The main problem at the moment its the diet, its hard to stick with 3700 kcal for an everyday basic, but after new year i will focus even more on my diet

In supplements im using serius mass, BCAA, Glutamin, only one, and fish cabs

Traning frequance is 5 times per week, in a 5 split

Bench 92 kg
Squat 125 kg

Havent done 1 rm in deadlift yet, but stifflegging with 110kg x8

Decent shape and natural leanness, need more size to actually look like you train hard and not just being athletic.

yeah u need more size for sure… your arms look tiny. but yeah you are pretty lean and calves look good

So the key word here is to continue what im doing with the barbells and then just keep eating like never before? :slight_smile:
