Anxiety, very dizzy . sweating on the forehead and hands it happened three times that day the following day was better and today I feel normal . Any chance you have actual labs you can post? What you shared is fine, but more information is better.

Can you expand on what your weekly dosage is supposed to be?

Inject 0.8 Intra-muscular three every four days it’s testosterone cypionate in GSO

Whatever your dose actually is, it’s building up over time and I’m gonna guess it’s BP issue or just hormonal fluctuations. These things take time to balance out, give it a few weeks

A typical starting dosage is 100mg minimum weekly.

T dosing is in mg/ml, strength in mg and volume in ml, so .8 from a 100mg vial is 80mg or 200mm/ml vial 160mg.

Almost nobody gets dialed in on the first try, you need to tweak the dosage and or injection frequency. Also lots of guys have to ride out the first 4-6 weeks as your natural production gets shut down and your body finds hemostasis.

You’re going to have blood pressure spikes and not feel well at times, it will feel like you are a roller-coaster at times.

Hang in there.

Thank you for the info

Is that it? No symptoms?

Not sure this has anything to do with testosterone.

Anything is possible, but this would be rare. Were there any unilateral symptoms, tingling, numbness, blurry vision?

Testosterone is usually 200mg per mL. Can be 100mg, so you are either taking 160mg or 320mg every eight days? 160mg a week is a very average starting dose, very typical especially given your levels. 320mg/week is very high for TRT under any circumstances.

Might not be a bad idea to take a second dose and see if you get the same reaction. Although, if you are supposed to be taking 320mg over eight days, I think I would rethink that.

This happens to me as well when I start retaining fluid (from higher E I’m guessing), it then affects the fluid in my middle ear and then I get tinnitus, slight or full on vertigo and balance is a bit off. It usually happens when I make protocol changes but tappers off over time. Been the same way for me the last 10 years on TRT. I usually take some Zyrtec or a decongestant and it helps a lot.

Does your ear fullness/symptoms go away after time?
