I use 28-30g doing daily shots and it takes 20 secs to fill it. Less if I’m in a rush. Take the bottle and wrap your hand around it for 30 secs while you do other shit. Once it warms up it’s much faster to draw.
I had very similar issues and found that 400-600mg magnesium GLYCINATE before bed really helps with the sleep and is great for anxiety the next day.
My sleep supplement protocol:
Magnesium glycinate 600mg
L-Tryptophan 500mg
2.5mg melatonin (Natrol fast dissolve)
Works wonders
I don’t think I’ve ever seen your FT levels below 22, maybe you don’t well with FT at the top of the ranges. This wouldn’t be the first time I heard of someone having problems in the high normal ranges, but usually sleep problems is a complaint when hormones are in excess.
Whenever my levels were at the top of the ranges, I had anxiety and irritability, but high testosterone and estrogen make me groggy and sleepy. I think too much hormones can have a similar effect to low testosterone, mood problems. Then again maybe hormones have nothing to do with your anxiety, irritability and lack of sociability.
