Ok Im 5,11 and stay around this body fat all year,
Its strange because Nobody thinks im 175lbs, Alot people who are similar build to me weigh 200lbs,

You don’t look like you carry much in the way of visceral fat either. You’re just a lean dude. Do you have slim legs? I get the opposite, I just weighed in yesterday at 203 and people think I’m a lot lighter. But I have huge legs and glutes.
My Legs are not bad, i have decent hamstrings and glutes lol but my quads are a bit lacking compared to my upper body, Im hamstring and glute dominant,

Alot people comment on how good my calfs are and i think thats genicts because they have always been pretty muscular,
Iv suffered with digestive issue the past years and thats forced me to eat a super healthy diet, So that is probably a big factor to my physic,
I eat aprox 3k callories a day clean,
A usaul day looks something like this,
1.2kg sweet potato Through the day
270g mackerel, split In 2 meals,
330g complete chicken leg and thigh
3 scoops whey split into 2 shakes
A full head of broccoli,
A big bunch of kale,
Roman lettuce,
200g avocado
5 bananas,
Blueberries,
This is my diet every day,

For me its not a choice unfortunately,
I wish i could eat other foods but my stomach don’t accept most foods,
I cant eat grains, or gluten or most dairy, foods with high lictin count aswell i have to avoid,
Well you don’t have chicken legs they seem proportional but maybe a tad on the smaller side. You’re wifes legs are impressive!

Definitely will work on tri,s more, Iv come down with a stomach bug the past couple days so not well to train and lost alot of size, on the toilet all day, hopefully clears up asap i hate being sick,
Oh boy that sucks. I hate it too… when the lbs start dropping its demoralizing for sure!
