25 Yrs Old. Mood, Self-Confidence and Libido Problems 2.5 Years After Cycle

Hi all. It’s nearly 2,5 years that I have been off cycle, but my mood, and libido is gone since that time, so it has big impact on my personal and professional life. I was threatened by endocrinologist (6 months) and few days ago I had follow-up visit with my blood test. She told me that everything is fine and her work is done (I was taking HCG). I’m angry cause I know how I feel etc. so I must take care on my own. Below I upload my blood tests. Every suggestion is welcome.

TSH 2,74 0,27-4,20
FT3 3,37 2,00-4,40
FT4 1,49 0,93-1,71
FSH 8,4 1,5-12,4
PRL 18,1 4,6-21,4
E2 24,3 11,3-43,2
Progesterone 0,45 0,05-0,15
Testosterone 5,85 2,49-8,36
PSA 0,49 < 4,00
LH 7,4 1,7-8,6
SHBG 53 17,3-65,8

TSH is questionable (there’s research out there indicating that “normal” should be well below 2.5). Might be heading towards hypothyroidism, but not there yet as everything else there looks reasonable numbers-wise.

Edit: Progesterone seems out of whack.

Everything is not fine, you are just dealing with incompetent doctors, I see your doctors are only checking the inactive portion of testosterone and are ignoring the free hormones. A 585 TT and 53 SHBG is a problem, it likely means your free testosterone is low which your doctors are not testing.

It’s simply, you need TRT and your doctors aren’t willing to prescribe it because they are clueless. You need to look for a TRT specialist privately, you need to look for an anti-aging clinic who will allow self at home injections.

TSH is not optimal, TSH closer to 1.0 is ideal, fT3 50-80% of the ranges and rT3 <15 ng/dL is optimal.

Not to kick you while you’re down, but this is exactly why we tell guys not to use gear when they’re young.

You were on your third cycle by age 23 and, unfortunately, you screwed up a still-developing physiology. Did you at least win your show?

Is your endo aware of your past anabolic usage? That would likely help to point them in a direction of treatment rather than diagnosing off partial information.

I understand that is partly my fault , but I can’t change what has happened. During cycles I had a coach, and I thought that he take care of me, but after unsuccessful PCT I’m alone.
Endocrinologist was informed about whole situation with steroids etc.I was honest. At the beginning of treatment she gave me sign of hope and now she pissed me off claiming that everything is fine, and she couldn’t do anything more.
In my country I don’t have clinic or doc which is specialized in cases like mine. About TRT docs are scared to death.
No, I didn’t win contest.

You got subclinical hypothyrodism, I also believe you have high RT3 due to you having high FT4 but low FT3.

Do you have any iron values?

No, I don’t have iron values. Earlier TSH values was worse than now. I think every other values are combined with low free testosterone, and total testosterone.
Blood tests from May this year (before treatment) was:
TSH 3,73 0,27-4,20
FT3 3,47 2,00-4,40
FT4 1,41 0,93-1,71
PRL 28,2 4,6-21,4
Progesterone 0,86 0,05-0,15
Testosterone 4,69 2,49-8,36
FSH 7,96 1,5-12,4
E2 26,1 25,80-60,70

I don’t use iodized salt, only with mixed spices, so maybe I have too low iodine and this is cause of higher TSH.
So what should I do? Start TRT? Or try something else?

Test yourself first for Reverse T3 and all the iron values. (low iron values could thyroid values).

I would also recommend you do a 4 point cortisol saliva test, it is important you check this one out to see if you have adrenal fatigue before possible starting TRT.

I would try to do the iodine supplementation that they recommend on the sticky here and then test yourself again.

This is no good, TRT is not expected to show good results with thyroid problems. If you start TRT now I expect TSH to increase as testosterone attempts to restore metabolic rates.

Google “Optimal VS Normal Thyroid Levels for all Lab Tests & Ages”.

3,73 was six months ago. Now is 2,74

What’s really happening is TSH operates in a particular range and every day it will be different. My TSH operates in a very tight range, 0.6->.8, .9 and 1.01 but never higher than that. Your TSH is higher one day, lower the next and higher again days later.

You test TSH everyday, you’ll get a vastly different result and no two days will have the same results. Testing your TSH 2 days out of 182 days basically doesn’t paint a complete picture.

Stop using COMMAS AS PERIODS!!!
