day 1 chest quads claves
day 2 traps back hams n abs
day 3 off
day 4 shoulders abs calves

pretty much the same as off season than I do pre contest tbh except I do cardio 2-3 ttimes a day pre contest, morning empty tummy, post wrkout and sometimes nearer bedtime depending on carb cycling days and what have trained in gym that day…
…dont get me started on my off season diet Id be here all day lol…pre contest all Ill diet on is turkey, egg whites,brocolli , green beans and oats.
Id have the cheat meal once a week upto 6 weeks out so my metabolism doesnt crash to spike it,Il carb up using vitargo mixed to a paste and almost dry oats, how exciting!

Ummmm…no. It wasn’t. Its not too diff to figure out what yoga is implying here, but its easy to tell that 1more is drug free from the back-d-bi and quad sweep in the mos-mus.
OP, no real flaw in your physique, which makes sense as u seem to be competing at the national level. Conditioning may be a weaker area for you though with only 2 years of training under your belt.
