My deepest condolences for the loss of your fiance. Glad you are doing better now. That must have been hell.
You look awesome and are strong as an ox. Would love to hear more about your training and nutrion:) How much food does it take to maintain a frame like that?
I pretty much adhere to a 5 day split, but I do break up hams and quads to different days. I have really started focusing on weight control and maintaining strict focus on every rep. Size comes relatively easy for me. I am really working on more quality and dense muscle.
As far as nutrition - this is a normal day for me
Meal 1 - 2 whole eggs and 16 egg whites + 2 cups of oatmeal
Meal 2 - Greek yogurt and peanut butter on 2 slices ezekiel bread
Meal 3 - 16 ounces of ground beef or turkey 2 large sweet potatoes
meal 4 - 14-18 ounces of chicken breast grilled or baked with 2 cups of brown rice and broccoli (as much as I want on the broccoli!)
meal 5 - A large steak usually sirloin or new york strip and green beans and some form of carb, brown rice, sweet potato, sometimes white potatoes
Then I always get at least to shakes in of 4 scoops of carnivore and 1.5 scoops of glycomaze in one before and one directly after I work out. Then another carnivore and casein protein shake before bed.
And many thanks for all the kind words once again.
You are a beast. If I ate that much food I would blow up like a balloon.
I would guessed he ate more for that size. Easy gainer.
I donāt want to sound like an ass but are you really 5ā11.? At 310. You donāt look it at all. Imoressive size. Need to lean down to really see what you are working with. Strength is great though

I can practically look at food and gain weight. Yes, tallest ever meaured was with no shoes 5ā11 and 3/4ths. Agreed on the Leaning down, I am starting my leaning out June 1st full go. I always wished I was taller when younger, but now I donāt lol.

Lol I donāt know about that there are some big dudes here. I really want to push competing hard though. Always had a dream of eventually going pro.
I guess I have the disease too and often donāt see myself as very big. That being said Iāve always had trouble dialing in water wise for a show. Need to find someone who knows how to work well with my body type.
Iāve always been a large guy though just naturally. I plan on competing in October. Hoping to weigh in around 265
I think itās great that you want to compete. It never hurts to have goals like that. I think it really lets one know just where they stand and how much their hard work paid off. As far as you not seeing yourself as being very big, I think that is just part of the journey: never feeling big enough or strong enough. Thatās what keeps you going though. In my opinion, the guy who is really large and muscular but doesnāt flaunt it and knows how to be humble will always be much more respected than the guy who, although big, ruins any chance of being respected because he sees his size as reason to act better than others. Unfortunately, I can think of people like the latter that post in these forums. I think you have a great attitude, though, and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
Thank you for the mind words and I completely agree. Everyone has different goals and paths in life none Better than another. Iāll always do what I can to help or give advice. I was the kid who got made fun of and picked on mercilessly when younger for being different.
Lifting gave me an outlet to grow and mature and Iāve met some of the most encouraging and best friends in the gym. It was a place where I got accepted for working hard and wanting to learn.
Also if anyone knows of a good trainer for me to contact for contest prep please share them. Thanks in advance!
I really wonāt presume to act like I know a bunch about trainers. However, I do know that Zraw is helping a number of guys with leaning out right now. Other options would be Stu, John Meadows, or Christian Thibaudeau. Maybe post in the John Meadows or Thibaudeau forums.

If are gonna compete do not get set on a weight. I will be blunt. No way will you weigh 265 on stage and be in shape. Look at some of waylanders old contest threads to get a feeling for what a lean 260 looks like. He is currently prepping and is 275 and much leaner than you and will still likely be at 255 on stage. Anyways what I am trying to say its not about the weight itās about the leanness

Point taken there. Weight doesnāt matter as long as I come in dry and lean enough. Have to get that down first. Iāll just add 265 stage ready as a goal
Yeah I used a tailorers tape measure for all measurements. And thank you! Iāll have to try and contact those listed and see where it goes.
