You’re heavier than my bench

Impressive gains…what is the size of your elbow breadth since that tells you if your frame size and how long it tuck you to get that big.

What exactly is elbow breadth? Just measuring from elbow to elbow? Sorry, I have never heard that question before haha =).
Took me 5 years I would say. I have always been on the bigger side, naturally more muscled with a larger frame.

Thanks? I think.
Hey dude, If you’re looking to lean out, try a few rounds of barbell complexes…not shitty form cross-fit WOD, but heavy, hard, ballbusting shit like DeFranco sets up. Shit will get you huffing man. What’s your flexibility like, for say front squats and hang cleans? How would you go with 3-5 rounds of 5 deadlift, hang clean, front squat, push press, back squat and 90 sec rest. Keep it heavy(ish) and hit the reps properly, make everything clean
I just laughed to myself at the thought of a 183lb guy giving advice to a 315lb monster…life right?

Definitely going to give this a try.

Lol, size does not determine the soundness or credibility of the advice =). I do my best to always stay open to advice or guidance regardless of where it comes from.
Mass on point, bro.

I will measure that tonight haha. I have never heard of that though. What does it denote?
The last time I was under 200 pounds was when I was in the sixth grade. I graduated highschool at 245lbs. I have always been more muscular than most just naturally. I gain weight easily both fat and muscle.

I get that a lot honestly. I even made a video here of me stepping on the scale for a poster who used to be around here =D. I weighed in at 307.8 this morning on an empty stomach.
