25 Years Old - 237 Testosterone

Just got bloodwork back from doctor and will be discussing with him early this week. Numbers seem terribly low for a 25 y/o male. My wife just had our first child which means less sleep and sex; I know that will decrease test some but not this much. At least my prolactin/estradiol are low. From the bloodwork sticky the symptoms I’ve got are carrying fat like a woman (especially in chest), decreased libido, get cold very easily.

Results are below

TESTOSTERONE: 237 (292-1052 NG/DL)
CALC FREE TESTOSTERONE: 3.5 (4.8-25.0 NG/DL)
FOLLICLE STIM HORMONE: 6.0 (1.4-18.1)
LUTEINIZING HORMONE: 1.0 (1.5-9.3 mIU/mL)
PROLACTIN: 4.4 (3.0-30.0 NG/ML)
ESTRADIOL: 13 <=63 PG/ML

I’m looking for recommendations on what a good treatment would be for someone my age with these numbers. I’d rather go into the discussion with the doctor knowing the basics.

Thanks in advance
