24 Y/O Male Low T Symptoms

Hello all,

First, thank you for all the great information on this site, such a plethora of great information along with an active community. Let me begin by just giving some of my symptoms:

-Depression
-Impotence
-Low Libido
-Poor Concentration
-Low Energy
-No Morning nor nocturnal erections
-Occasional Hot Flashes
-Strange feelings of anxiety throughout the day

My blood work:

2011:
total test - 270 ng/dl
free test - 7.3 pg/ml

2013:
total test - 473 ng/dl [280 - 1000] Reference
free test - 11.3 pg/ ml [8.0 - 55] Reference

Stats:
-6’2"
-210 Lbs
-33 Waist
-Lift 4x a week, cardio 3x a week
-Male, 24 Years Old

I honestly feel like complete crap, I just feel something is very off. I do not have levels of FSH or LH on hand currently, but will try to get this updated asap. Been on and off antidepressant to help with the depression, though they never give me full relief, maybe about 60%. Doctor tells me there is nothing I can do, as I am in the normal range… He recommended upping dosage of antidepressant, taking some cialis, and to begin supplement with Vitamin D3.
So incredibly frustrated, what does everyone think and what should my next steps be?

Thanks!
