Don’t want to sound dickish but you have not (at least to me) gained any size, just gained 20lbs of fat that is evenly distributed across your body.

The best positive advice I have for you is that you look “soft,” you don’t look like you’ve ever squatted, deadlifted, or done any overhead pressing. Doing big compound movements will give you a much more solid look, it may even give you some legs.
Ya squat, deadlift, steaks, and heavy compound movements. Im 5’10" & 212 and honestly far from big imo. You got 250-260 in you easu without looking dumb. I say use your height to your advantage and go for 290+
