thanks mate, been away from the forum for a bit training hard! about to go trian now but thought id upload a couple pics quickly. atm im 5 weeks out. the pic of the front alt spread in the gym was taken last thursday while the others were taken a couple weeks back.

Looks like you have lost some muscle over the earlier photos you posted. I think you look great overall, but I have to disagree with you about the traps. Whether or not they grow like weeds on you, they aren’t as well-developed as they could be. I agree with the sentiment already expressed, you can’t have traps that are too big.
If you don’t already, you should find a place to get your body fat tested (not calipers, but displacement or scan) and test yourself weekly during your diet to be sure you are not loosing muscle. There are things you can do to prevent that if you are.
yeah i think i’ve lost a little bit of muscle, but its been a good learning curve next show will be even better! ive included some mroe pics, come this sunday, i will be three weeks out. these pics were taken about 3 and a half weeks out. the camera quality is much better lol

i haven’t really been able to find a place that test like that. at the moment, im just going by the mirror and adjusting the diet the best i can. i started carb cycling about 2 weeks ago and that really has helped me shed a bit of fat, so fingers crossed i cna come in diced for the show!

yeha man, mine are 16 atm as well sad times lol
i havent followed this split exactly but i have always done a split routine. i find plenty of volume works well. i’m gonna try the FST-& training in my off season to try and bring up my lagging bodyparts.
posted some new pics- 1 week out right now!! can’t wait for the show!
