If you don’t have anything of substance to add, then maybe it’s you who needs to get out of the basement and into the real world. Instead of the world you needed to construct so your political and life philosophy can stay on life support. Better to mold the world to fit your narrative than to admit the truth, which is your life’s philosophy is a dead and rotting corpse.
Oh man, those greedy workers want 2 weeks of paid sick days, while the companies make billions in profit.
Negotiate better.
In my GC job I demanded up to 40 days sick leave. Was given 20 to start and I can accrue up to 40.
I also demanded 6 weeks of vacation.
I got both.
