Oh my… Things get worse and worse for the Dolphins…

You would have thought they learned after their previous FA spending spree, too.
I liked Philbin from when I saw the Dolphins on hard knocks a few years ago. I liked his approach and I really thought he was going to do a good job for them.

They are in a world of shit right now. It was time for Philbin to go. For whatever reason he lost that team and their season would not be able to recover with him running the team.

I think the Head Coaching landscape is pretty barren right now. With the whole Kelly mess in philly, I would think front offices would be pretty gun shy about going out and getting a scheme head coach. If they do really well here on out they should stick with Campbell. If not they will probablly pick up the hot coordinator from this years super bowl champs…like idiots.

I don’t hate placing Campbell in the interim head coaching spot. He is a Parcells student and there is something about him that I like. I will admit I haven’t seen any of his coaching style. I just feel like his players are going to respect him and play hard for him.
The problem with Campbell is his total lack of experience. One year coaching internship and four years of being a position coach of the same position he played. Not that they had better options per se (the Dolphins will finish last in the AFC East no matter what probably), but Campbell over Lazor or Coyle is puzzling, unless they really are gunning for that first pick of the draft.

The cool thing is we will get to watch and find out how it all plays out.

Dolphins imploded, 49ers imploded, Cowboys imploding!

You describe what you are seeing from the Cowboys as “imploding”? They are far from imploding, I wouldn’t even call it a collapse. All they have to do is have a shot at the playoffs come November. Early November. Cowboys imploding! That’s horseshit!

Also, McClain and Hardy are back. Dez and Gregory are close. Weeden hasn’t looked great but he got some confidence in his game tying drive, and started to let the ball go.

I don’t know if that was a troll attempt on your part about the Cowboys “imploding” but it is far from accurate and makes me think you have a very poor eye on what you see happen on the field. Freaking “imploding”!!!

That was just ribbing you for backing the Dolphins/49ers who don’t need to make it to their bye weeks before they hit below .500. I don’t actually think the Cowboys are imploding, especially since they are 1st in the division. If anything, they are gaining a lot of ground because of the extreme turmoil in the rest of the division.

I’ll tell ya what, I didn’t see the Falcons playing like they have been.

lol at totally blowing that call last night.

Great D play by Chancelor (sp), Megatron looked human. Feel pretty bad for Stafford who was lights out on that drive, and in the end the Ref’s fuckign blew it.

And people wonder why I don’t take a Ref’s word for things… Lol

I love it how your watching your team on Sundays, Thursday Night Football, and Monday Night Football. LoL. That’s awesome.

I hope you are ready to scream at your TV Sunday.

They need to cut Johnson next year from a cap perspective. He is nowhere near worth 20.5-24 million against the cap in the next three seasons. Cut him next year, 13 million in dead money but 11 million savings. They either need to restructure his contract like AZ did with Fitz or cut him. To put his insane cap number in perspective, he counts an ADDITIONAL 7-12 million against the cap compared to the elite WR deals that Dez, Thomas, Green, and Jones signed.

Ehh… It’s been on in the background. Been watching a lot fo guitar videos or playing while it’s on.

I doubt I’ll be yelling. Not because I think beating Dallas is a lock, but because I just don’t care if they win or lose.

The greatest QB in history is a homo?!?1

Honestly… I can’t imagine he’d be any good in bed.

Unless you’re a submissive.

“You’re going to TAKE IT, and LIKE IT. And I’m going to touchdown all over your FACE!”

Ryan Tannehill. I thought he had the potential to take his game to the next level. I was hoping to see him be one of the top QB’s in the league in the next few years. If the reports are true about his comments to practice squad players are true, I will never be a fan of his again.

Tom Brady. Reports are coming out that Brady would pay practice squad players out of his pocket if they intercepted him in practice. I have never been a fan of Brady, but if this report is true, I like his style.

mbdix - coming from New England this is a rumor I’ve been hearing for years and have not heard anyone refute it. Heard Brady asked about it … he didn’t deny it just laughed, IIRC
