Al Davis is dead and his squirrelly son has hired a GM, now it is up for debate about the abilities of this GM, however Derek Carr by all accounts so far is living up to the hype. They need way, way more help then QB.

I really dont believe the Raiders are out to get a QB, they feel they have theirs.

Dude I get it, I have been saying for years that Romo is not the problem. We had no running game, make shift OLine and our defense sucked. No QB can play with that.

Unfortunately the NFL in the big market QB’s are going to be picked apart. I just hope the kid is not mentally broken after all this.
