You’re thinking of the wrong guy, Stephon Johnson dropped the bar on his throat and he got hurt again. Joe McKnight was supposed to be the Reggie Bush replacement, didnt work out that way.

Ah, alright. I thought it was odd because I remembered hearing him, and he had a raspy voice (obviously) and on Hard Knocks he did not.
Prediction: Sage Rosenfels traded to the 49rs for a safety (cant who say). WC did you see how many plays/throws Sage played against the 49rs, in preseason that never happens.

I was thinking the same thing, but I was going with Jackson. The Niners are so close to getting it together for a good run but QB is the missing peace, everything else is in place. That goes for alot of teams but in the Niner’s case it’s so obvious.
DJHT, I can’t believe how much Moose Johnson has shrunk, Rich “moving Fawerd” Eisen has forty pounds on him lol.

With his history of neck surgeries does not suprise me at all. For less pain and longevity he will need to stay small, I think he has like a 3 level fusion in his neck. Their is no way that the Vikings are going to pay a 3rd string QB 3 million and I heard they want to save their 4th string guy.
I hate to throw this in the mix, but Clemens could be in the mix as well. The Jets are shopping him hard. Though the only thing I can think they could get in return form the niners would be a low draft pick.

Didnt Mangenius draft him? If the Browns dont want him nobody will. Hey Print whats up?
What’s shakin DJ? & yes, Mangini had his paws all over that pick. The kid has got a hell’uva an arm In truth, I don’t think anyone really knows what he is capable of. Every opportunity was struck down cuz’ he had shit all around him. The one positive going for him, is that he has always remained POSITIVE & most likely could offer a little exp & leadership w/the youngins.
After watching H. Knocks last night it was crystal clear Brunell is the #2. He & Sanchez were the only ones in
the QB meeting! WTF is that all about. & I think the combination of Greene & Conner are going to kill it this yr. Those are 2 huge boys.

Sage and the Vikings haven’t played the 49ers yet, their game is this Sunday at 8PM ET.
The 49ers won’t make a move for a QB for this upcoming season. They restructured Smith’s contract for this season and also gave Carr a decent chunk of change. We have pretty much put all our eggs in these QBs, and I don’t see us making any moves (baring injury). It’s Smith or bust this year, and if he doesn’t catch fire, than we will definitely cut him loose and start fresh.
I think the organization is just having a hard time admitting that Smith was a pretty terrible pick. His accuracy and leadership skills just won’t cut it in the NFL.
Shit my bad it was the Colts he had all those throws against. I just remember seeing and hearing his stats and just thought maybe the 49rs would want some backup in case Smith busts and no faith in Carr.

Clemmons must be a terrible practice guy, not much game film on him or some team would have tried to pick him up. I was going to watch the H Knocks tonight when I get home. Rex better get on some 2nd team backfield ass, first team defensive looked good, but the 2nd team guys did not.

^He got on the 2nd team rt after the game. I don’t think he’s playing either. When it comes to winning he certainly goes into a whole different mode.[/quote]
Thats kind of what I was thinking, been a lot of players that are bad at practice but turn on the big lights and they shine. He will have to find someone to take a chance or God intervention that someone gets hurt and he can shine.
^The other thing I noticed was he had a lotta love for Gholston. I hope he see’s something in him that no one else has. He is a specimen of a man. I hope he has some Suggs in him. Dude gave back back some of his pay because he wasn’t earning it in his mind.

He will never be a Suggs, if I was his agent I would tell him to stop trying to look like a BB’r and put on about 50-60 pounds and play the fuck out of that 3 technique. He will never be a franchise pass rusher, if he aint done it now he aint ever going to. Hell he can diet down when his career is over. If it was me I am at McDonalds every fucking day packing it on.
^ I think Rex is thinking speed rusher & nothing else. Gholston needs to find it in himself to get ass in gear.
He’s a bit soft, but once you see HK’s, you’ll see maybe, just maybe, he’s getting a little fire under his ass.
Plus I think Rex relishes the opportunity to make this kid a stud! Can you imagine if Rex gets him to reach some kinda potential? Shit, Rex will be a king amongst paupers. That’s my humble opinion btw.

I understand and would agree, but I have heard the opinion of him by some well respected guys. They say he does not have the fast twitch to make it as a Suggs or Ware. I used to love to run when I was lossing weight, but I am built like a silver back gorilla with T-Rex arms. I am not a runner by nature, I just think he has the frame and muscle build to but on weight and be a asset that way.
Favre will start Sunday against the 49ers. Willis might end his life.
Owens+Ochocinco looked pretty good tonight (except for the shot Chad took). I think the most limiting factor in that offense is going to be Palmer, whose arm looks fairly week and inaccurate. Other than Palmer, every other piece of that offense is top notch, and they could really light things up this year.
Kolb also looked pretty stud like, and I could definitely see him coming into form just like Aaron Rodgers did.

I can agree, but who are they playing and by how much will they win? Most of us have thrown down the gauntlet, and just so you dont have to go back and look I predicted
COWBOYS 35 JETS 21 SUPERBOWL Sanchez with 3 picks.
