No doubt. And Tiki will pick things up as NYG won’t fall behind big every week. You’ve got Jacobs on your bench?
My thing has always been risky trading, giving up depth for studs and hoping they dont go down. It has paif off.
That streak is pretty unreal man.

Well, i’ve got C. Taylor on my bench this week. Detroit’s rush defense is currently 2nd in the league.
You’ll be fine regardless, but I will reiterate that DET’s rush defense is an illusion. Every year this happens: why run against DET when they’re dead last against the pass? By the end of the year, you’ll see that the weakest rush defs (NYJ, CLE so far) have good stats against the pass because teams have been so busy running over them. In a copycat league, everyone exploits the same weakness.

You were right. Should have started Taylor. He had 13 points. Maroney got me 3! Good times. Luckily my opponent is a moron and started Bledsoe, Glenn, Owens and the Cowboys D. I beat him by 35 points!

And the streak continuous, also 20 buck bonus for high score 3 weeks in a row, 5-0 baby!
Won in another league 3-2
Lost in another 3-2, should have left Berrian in there instead of switching back to Driver
Overall league - 29 points behind in 4th place to 4pts behind in second place and thats with LT giving me only 2 pts and fucking Bledsoe giving me 4, had Leinart on the bench with 19 but only GoHeavy could have predicted that one…
And LJ Smith, please stay on yoru fucking feet, you should have scored!! And Donnie Mac should have lobbed that shit to you on the next play.
I have been praying all night that Larry Johnson is ok.

Awesome, $20 bonus is nice.
I would have switched back to Driver too if I were you. I also had Berrian on my bench in favor of starting S. Moss. Yeah, that worked out well for me. What is with the fukin’ Skins man? I guarantee that if I put Moss on my bench they score huge points that week. Bastages.
Alright, so, do I try and trade away R. Brown and C. Taylor for some decent backs? I have some guys on my bench for WR that are hot right now. Berrian and Colston could probably draw a good deal for me. Or do I stick it out with who I have? C. Taylor, R. Brown, Maroney and McAllister.
I improved to 4-1 this week and have 2nd place all to myself. There is one guy that is undefeated in my league. There was a 3 way tie for 2nd heading in to Week 5 but the other two guys lost. I’m not winning by much but at least I’m winning. I hope I can keep it up.

Excellent! What do your matchups look like this week?
My matchup looks pretty favorable for myself. I should win both of them. In my draft league i’ve got myself into a really favorable position with my WRs. I have so many good ones that I can now play matchups. Which is nice.
I’ve got two trades out there right now in my draft league.
Berrian for C. Johnson, which I don’t think has a chance in hell of happening. The guy was saying that he hates Johnson right now so I thought i’d offer Berrian while he is hot.
And the other trade is actually not a trade yet, it’s testing the waters. A guy in my league is having horrible luck with his WRs. He’s got Fitzy, R. Moss, Stallworth, R. Williams and Branch. So basically he’s screwed right now. He has Shaun Alexander so I sent him an email seeing if he wants to deal Alexander for some receivers that will produce for him. I wonder if he’ll bite.

Good luck with your trades. That would be awesome if you could land C. Johnson and Alexander.
I’m really concerned about my matchup for this week actually. The guy I’m against has Tomlinson, Gates, and Rivers and unfortunately the Chargers play the 49ers. However, the Cowboys are playing Houston so hopefully Bledsoe and Glenn will hook up. I’m also being forced to start L. Jordan against Denver because both L. Maroney and C. Taylor have byes this week. According the the projected points stat in my league, I’m a 10 point underdog.
I have thrown out various trade offers to the other owners in my league and nobody will do anything. There has not been a single trade in my league so far. Everyone is either staying with who they have or picking up guys from waivers. And of course there are still a couple guys that have stud players on their team that don’t set their rosters and aren’t even trying to win a game yet they won’t trade or waive anybody.

Thanks, I don’t see either of the trades happening but ya never know.
I have the same problem you do this week. I have to start D. McAllister because Maroney and Taylor are on buys. Hopefully he can string together a couple of good carries and find the endzone again this week. But more importantly, I hope R. Brown can do something this week.
I think guys who don’t set their rosters correctly should be banned from the league and severly beaten!
I think you should be alright this week with Bledsoe and Glenn against Houston. I think it should be equal.
Who should I start at WR this week. Here are my matchups.
Berrian vs. Cards - I love this matchup and with Grossman saying he wants to get him the ball more I’m thinking he’s a must start this week.
Colston vs. Eagles - with McAllister already starting for me I don’t like the idea of starting both against a good Eagles Def.
Burress vs. Falcons - Could be a tough game for Plaxico.
Bryant Johnson vs. Bears - um no, I just picked him up as trade bait to offer the owner of Fitzy
S. Moss vs. Titans - That bastard better have a big week this week because I love the matchup
S. Smith vs. Baltimore - It’s a tough matchup but you can’t sit the best WR in the league.
So, i’m thinking, S. Smith, S. Moss and Berrian. What do ya’ll think?

The Eagles D can be passed on. I would start Colston, Moss, and Berrian.
Agreed they can be passed on. However, if the Eagles completely shut down the Saints both rushing and passing i’m screwed because I will have started Deuce and Colston. I just don’t like starting two players from the same team.
And you’d rather sit the best WR in the game for a rookie on a hot streak? Damn, that’s a tough choice to make.
It all came down to the Sunday night game- he had Willie Parker, Hines Ward, McCardell, and Pitt D. All I had was San Diego’s D and a thirty point lead. The Chargers did not disappoint!

I agree with Moss, Berrian, and Colston. That’s a solid lineup at WR. The Eagles are ranked 29th against the pass and Brees has only thrown 2 picks this year. Colston should have a chance for some big plays.

Damn, 2 votes Colston, 1 vote Smith. But what about the two player factor?
Fucking Bledsoe better get his shit together, he cost me big time last week, I should have been in first place in my overall league by 10-15 points, instead in a 4 back.

I would start Steve Smith regardless of match up.
Alright, the vote is now 2-2. Thanks for agreeing with me AA.
Now if only GoHeavy would get his ass in here and give me some feedback. Or maybe a prediction or two.
I agree that the Ravens D is very good but they can be passed on if anyone is going to catch it, it will be Steve SMith.
I guess my point is that you start a stud regardless of match up and dont bench him in favor of a maybe big gamer. A Stud’s average game will be along the same lines of another Wr’s good week.

I’ve done it, starting Favre and Driver together. Frank Gore and Joe Nedney play for the same team…it works alright.

This is what you do. You also can’t hate Keyshawn making plays on the other side – as he commands more DEF attention, things open up more for Smitty.

Shit, you traded me man? That’s not right. You could’ve atleast warned me first. Let me try to get my shit together.
