From Newcastle in North East. On a basic 4 day split

Looking dense! Your brachioradialis needs some work though, I’d reccomend some DB pinwheel curls and reverse EZ bar curls.

The only thing that stands out to me is a severe lack of tricep mass - everything else looks excellent. Start hitting those close grip declines!

killer delts man what do you do to train them? I need to try it :wink:

Cheers mate, usually do some dumbell shoulder presses,sets of 5-8reps, then some smith presses, sets of 8-15 reps and then some lateral raises 10-12reps. Never do more than around 12 sets all in all for delts

Cheers for the advice. Weird that my tris look shite, as they’re probably one of my strongest muscles. I think I may be overtraining them as opposed to undertraining them, as ive been doing 3 isolation exercises on them after every heavy chest sesh. not sure tho!

I think that’s probably the issue. Not to knock isolation exercises, but you’ll probably notice a lot more growth doing HEAVY close grip decline bench and weighted dips. Then maybe follow a heavy movement with just one of your isolation movements.

Growing ones’ triceps takes a lot of weight over a lot of time, IME.

Traps look real good. With better lighting your back would look even better.

Yeah Dude, the traps are pretty crzy. How much are you lifting?

To isis, no i am no longer natural, i did 10 weeks of sustanon at a modest dose and intend to do my second cycle this year. Current lifts are 110lbers on the incline press for sets, 440lbs deads for sets- havent been able to train legs recently due to injury but was squatting 360lbs nice and deep. I will get the other progress photos up this week. Rich.

good progress, back and traps are inspiring, makes me wish i started training in my 20’s not 30’s!
