Hey Reed,

out of curiosity, is that a tattooed wedding band?
Yeah it is Apoklyps why you ask
Eh no reason really, just curious.

That definitely takes a whole shit-ton of balls though. I’ve got ink, but I don’t think I could ever bring myself to do that. You must be very confident that you found the right woman.
with out a doubt. I honestly believe with all my heart no matter how much shit we put each other through we will be next to each other for as long as we are both alive. May sound gay but its how I feel lol.
B.S. on sounding gay! It takes a man to stand by his convictions in the face of possible criticism.
Agreed. Lol it’s not gay at all, I was thinking, “what a lucky bastard!”

dr phil moment guys, even tough gym guys love their families, thats the shit!!! destroys every generalization about us!!!

God bless our wives and kids for putting up with us

I don’t no anything but iam still bigger than most 5"9 237lbs

Is it just me or do a lot of guys who counsel others not to begin so early, have they themselves begun earlier than most?

Is it a do as I say not as I do or learn from my mistakes type arrangement?

I did my first cycle at 22-23 and I’m alright, many have began far earlier than myself and certainly many top level competitors begin in their teens.

Age has less to do with it directly and more to do with how experienced you are in regards to your training.

You may be confident in your abilities, but you will learn more and more each year you continue, but can’t that be said of anyone, regardless of current experience level?

x2, and honestly if OP has his training and nutrition down. Then why not? Better to bigger younger then when your older.

I still think its worth waiting until mid-twenties unless you’re planning to stay on forever. Any younger than that and hormone levels are still not finished settling plus below that age is too young to make such a life-altering commitment.

To add to that, I started researching AAS just over two years ago and I thought I was ready to go on shortly after. I’m glad I waited, not only have I learned a load more about everything involved with AAS but also a hell of a lot more about my body and what it responds to/how to train it.

I’m sure I will think the same in a couple of years again but hey, if you’re gonna do it then you’ve gotta take the plunge sometime.

Hey, new to the forums, posting here to get the vet’s opinions on my first cycle, having been researching since my second year of training, ( have been training since i was 16, 20 years old now), added a considerable amount of LBM on my frame, 10-11kg, in addition to having lost 50kg of fat from my physique from my heavy bulks (which hind-sight were not the best approaches although i did learn alot about my body),

i am not new to the nutrition and diet game, much like everything i do with my diet it is very malicious in terms of structured and planned, i know that 20 years old is not the best age to be thinking of Anabolics although having said that with coming onto 4 years of training on my belt, having added 20-25lb of pure muscle on my frame and losing 50kg+ fat naturally shows my dedication and knowledge on nutrition and diet, in addition to this hopefully you can tell by my well though out cycle and PCT that i am here to minimize risks, i am aware of risk/reward.

My stats;

20 Years Old,
5’11-6’0.
175lb~

Goal: My Goal is to add a significant amount of LBM this cycle (10-15lb+) , have a few questions regarding PCT and HCG.

cycle;
Week 1-8 test prop 150mg/EOD.
Week 2-8 Armidex 0.5mg EOD
Week 2-8 HCG 250IU x2 Week Monday and Thursday.

PCT;
Week 15 40mg Nolvadex Every Day 50mg clomid Every Day
Week 16 40mg Nolvadex Every Day 50mg clomid Every Day
Week 17 20mg Nolvadex Every Day 50mg clomid Every Day
Week 18 20mg Nolvadex Every Day 50mg clomid Every Day

Questions in relation to cycle & PCT;

 • Im thinking of whether using HCG start of week 2 as then that’s when i know i will be suppressed since i am using a shorter ester, the reasoning for this is i have read after mixed HCG is only ‘good’ for 6 weeks, i can use the pregnancy test to check although i think using it first week will be unnecessary.

 • Same goes for my AI (Armidex), week 2 start should suffice thats when the bloating will come from what i have read on other logs, correct?

 • On a 8 Week cycle EOD pins, i will finish my last pin on a ‘saturday’ my last HCG pin will be on thursday that same week therefore am i safe to have everything COMPLETELY stopped on saturday and start my PCT protocol Tuesday on the following week or should i start monday for the sake of easier timing?

In terms of my diet; My TDEE @ 170lb is 2950, my calories will be consisting of 3000 at the baseline start of my ‘bulk’ at the macros of 250/350/75 (P,C,F) This will naturally raise higher and higher as my bulk continues, in terms of food sources im aware this post is already long enough so i will not post down a generic diet plan although i will be sitting away with sodium due to chances of bloating and to keep it down, fat will consist of poly and mono (also saturated for health reasons, just minimized)

My training regime is a 5 day split,
Monday; Chest/Abs/Traps
Tuesday; Quads/Hammies/Calves
Wednesday; Shoulders/Traps
Thursday; Back/Biceps
Friday; Chest/Triceps

Question regarding my split;

 1. My main priority development wise would be definitely my chest, with the aid of anabolics training chest twice a week would seem do-able although close to shoulders (such as shown on wednesday and friday) would that be a issue due to recovery? being a natural i am not sure on the frequency in which such big bodyparts can be hit a week. I am aware traps are already very responsive to training and can be trained EOD.

For the people who read through that WHOLLEEE thing, thank you. I know i will get the "learn how to diet, natural potential!, i am aware and im sure this may not be the BEST idea at this age, although before i do commit and take that first injection, i will be having a blood test, EKG on my heart, urine test for my liver, everything needed to make sure i am in good health to undergo this.

In Addition; pictures to show that i am not new to training, i know many are bigger then me and rightfully so, you are all older then me but i do hold my own…picture of wheels first.

for the most part, your cycle looks good…

a couple things…

you don’t really need Nolva and Clomid…neither is very forgiving on your lipids, and since you’re doing a reasonable length cycle with HCG, i’d pick one or the other… btw, your dosage is fine as is.

you can start Liquidez earlier, like week 1… maybe taper the dose up, if you’re concerned about drying out too much.

hope this helps…

220? Lol!!!

Hi OP. I’m a lot like you, was super skinny and very tall. I’m 33 now, 6’3" and about 105kgs easy. Which is 230 in your scale. And I’m still a pretty lean, long guy. So the other posters here, they’re not just ribbing you, you are REALLY underweight for your height and at your age… you have a lot of untapped natural resources ready to go. If you choose to become assisted now, before having kids, before 25, with a good 35-50 pounds of natural gains untapped… then you’re turning your back on a lot of good things.

I personally wouldn’t do it if I was you. stop thinking about the positives and think about the negative consequences. I’m a personal trainer and I’ve had clients who were big into steroids in their 20s and trust me, you wouldn’t NOT want their lives. Big problems with their bodyweight. They can’t have kids. Massive depression issues. And when they want to make progress in the gym? They get back onto the roids. It’s a pretty vicious cycle.

Just wait 5 years. That’s nothing. Get a good job, get a good routine and pay attention to the big 3. Sleep, Food, Training. You’ll steadily gain weight and experience, and when you’re 26 and you still decide to go on? You’ll annihlate it.

But where you’re at now, with 4 years of training? That’s not going to happen. You just need more time to grow into yourself. Trust me, I know, and I hated it too when I was there. That’s why I hit the gym for 10 years before I seriously started thinking about what else I could do. Cos that’s all I needed. Serious gym time, serious food and good sleep.
