Hi guys have posted on here before with regards to my low T problems. I have all the classic symptoms of low T and have had 2 tests done.
My latest one i got the results for today are:
Total testosterone : 15.7nmol (Range: 8nmol - 35nmol)
Serum Oestradiol: < 73pmol (Range: 50pmol - 200pmol)
Serum LH: 4.1 (Range 2-9)
Serum FSH: 4.1 (Range 1-8)
SHGB: 25.3nmol (Range 20-60)
Serum free T4: 14.4pmol (Range 12-23)
Serum TSH: 0.58 (Range 0.5-4.5)
My symptoms are very bad and on other tests my cortisol came in in the mid to high range.
Felt like this for a long time…Any help?
You need more in depth tests because nothing here points to an outright cause(except your t is low)… Clomid is probably going to help you however I would test prolactin, progesterone, dhea, pregnenolone, cholesterol and finally ACTH.
What were your previous results for TT? What time was this blood sample drawn?

Results before this one taken 6 months ago were…(In UK BTW)
Total Test: 420ngdl
Estradiol: 80 (Range 50-200)
Free Test: Middle of range.
SHGB: Low to Middle of range.
Prolaction: Low to middle of range.
Cortisol came back high in my opintion: 532nmol (Range 200-600)
All taken at around 9am
All my symptoms of Low T seem quite severe, i was sure i was gonna end up in the 200-300 range thats why i asked for a retest 6 months later

Free T: Middle of range
SHGB: Low to middle range
Prolactin Low to middle range
Cortisol 532 (Range 200-600) *Quite high?
All my symptoms are quite severe including very weak erections and no morning wood which is why i thought the numbers would come back in the 200-300 range…
