I’m 20 years of age have always been active in sports. Over the past year I decided (don’t ask why) to eat very little and over exercise which has resulted in T Levels being most recent at 356 ng/dl. I’ve been eating at maintence with no improvements whatsoever, low sex drive, fatigue, no motivation severe depression and impossible to build muscle.
Feels like the damage to my body I’ve done is irreversible and puberty has been reversed.
I might not have an answer to your question, but I did heard about this happening to people, but I never really understood why.
I’m not on TRT or taking anything.
I once heard about guy ending on TRT because of diet that was based on extremley low fat intake… and it’s kinda scary that diet can do that much damage.
I’d also like to hear from people here how’s that possible, or what are mechanisms behind this?
I’m sorry if it is like that bro, I also do hope that things go back to normal eventually. Keep us posted and best luck!
Anything is possible. I think I was low normal most of my life and all of a sudden t and estradiol went very low and I basically experienced andropause. I did limit my meat intake a lot within the 2 years before the crash. I was also drinking alot of oolong tea and yerbe matte. IDK exactly what the cause was and that quite annoying. But I believe I was always low normal most of my life because of how I feel and see on trt. I am 41.
Also, any medications u take?
Btw, if u got erection problems it’s ok to take Viagra or Cialis until you figure this out. No reason not to have sex and have fun at 20.
