For a period of six or eight weeks I followed Coach Thibaudeau’s pulsing protocol (approximately) with 2 pulses per day and stopped doing so only out of having run out of creatine hydrolysate and being in a situation where getting more was really not the thing to do given other pressing needs.

I know what the article said, but its just hard to believe that the body EVERYONE can only take in 20 grams at a sitting. To think that my neighbor who is 5’6 130 lbs can take in as much protein as myself who is 6’7 252? Im kinda just leaning to continue eating the amount i do.

That only accounts for “egg proteins.” I use to be eating 4 eggs every morning, (scrambled, over-easy, hard-boiled etc etc) but now I’m only eating 3. What I don’t get is how bodybuilders specifically would pound back dozens of eggs for their protein intake.
I’m far from a bodybuilder. I’m SMALL(5’10" 170ish lbs). I have no problem downing 10 large hard boiled eggs every morning, after eating 20oz of whole milk and 2 scoops of protein shake. Been eating 10 a day for a few months and noticed a good increase in strength and overall energy. [/quote]
10 eggs a day? damn your grocery list must be expensive. I eat 2 whole eggs a day and 4 egg whites a day. I like eating milk and protein shake too.
