How is ur libido on ED injections system?
Try to imagine a 47 year old guy with hypersexuality, higher than most teenagers. Itās no surprise that I have libido and erections at 97-119 ng/dL, even if they are limited still most men have nothing going on down there with double or triple the Total T.
Iāll lose all muscle mass before I lose libido and erectile strength.
Switch to daily injections. Ditch the AI. Also, check that free T & get that free T number up. Peopleās symptoms tend to subside when their Free T levels are high enough.
My E2 last week was a 26 (no AI) with daily dosing. I almost think I need to up my dose and bring my E2 levels higher after getting those results back. If you keep the same amount of Test in your system day after day, your body will adapt including E2. But if you continue to put your body through a roller coaster taking AI, not taking AI, with infrequent dosing, you may never level out.
Weāre on 2.5 years at this point with little to no benefits. I would suggest trying something different. Change your protocol. Get that Free T level checked and get that number up. Check your thyroid.

Great to hear system. So if u inject like once or twice a week, u have low libido/ED, but with ED injections, its all good to go?
My levels swing, middle of the 3rd day I can feel a drop in levels even though Total T is 700+ and Free T 30>. If my levels swing too much, my body just doesnāt work. My trough levels on 50mg twice weekly was 679 and Free T 29, thatās above range Free T.
It feels like Iām barely on TRT, yet I feel amazing injecting 7-10mg daily with half those levels. Iām sensitive to everything, maybe my receptors are blunting high levels maybe as a protective measure.
I will be switching to daily doses on my next normal day of injecting which is Friday.
When I get my thyroid checked, do I need to pick a test that test free T3 and T4?

How are you injecting such small doses? I always have a little left in the syringe. I use the luer lok brand. Iām assuming the insulin pins you use donāt leave any in the barrel?
1ml insulin syringes, I can go mg by mg using 100mg/10ml vials.
There isnāt enough to matter, unmeasurable.

Gotta use those insulin syringes. Nothing gets wasted with em. 27 gauge 1/2 inch 0.5 ml.
I do right around 23mg daily. Sex drive has been next level since I switched to daily dosing. Erections are inhuman.

How long time did it take to notice improvement after switching and how was libido and erectionss before?
This is determined by receptor sensitivity, Iāve seen guys make small incremental improvements over months and seen guys get full and hard after a week, it only took a week for me to get good erections on a daily protocol.
Yeah it had an immediate effect on me as well. I believe the reason is that it pushes free T high enough for symptoms to subside & keeps you there. No roller coaster effect.

Cool thanks alot. Did u happen to have low shbg aswell?
My SHBG a few months ago was 29, then 2 months ago it was a 30. Now its dropped down to 20 and is on the low end. I donāt know why its fluctuated like that.
How has switching to daily helped with overall well being? I literally have no drive in life right now. Extreme fatigue as well.
Well thatās why man you need way more testostorone. 500 or 700ng/dL is low t status. Ditch your doc and go take a much stronger dose like 200 mg per week split daily.
Menās in 2019 are having many toxins and EDCs attacking our body. Levels donāt mean anything; what you need is to take more dose until symptoms resolve. Plenty of men need to keep their free t at 30 for Normality of body functions like prostate, blood pressure , well being, libido and more.
We simply give the body more dose so that it can overcome whatever EDCs or other nonsense that is competing for our receptors.
Itās fairly obvious why itās not working. Men need testostorone. Have faith it will work once enough.

U dont notice no change in libido or erection quality when ur shbg dropped?
No change in libido or erection quality. High or low SHBG, if you can get that free T high enough, your symptoms will subside.
